Wages (Overtime). Employees shall be compensated in accordance with the wage schedules attached to this Agreement (Appendix A). The attached wage schedules shall be considered a part of this Agreement. 1. All employees covered by this Agreement shall receive one and one-half (1 1/2) times their regular hourly rate of pay for all “hours worked" in excess of forty (40) hours in a payroll week.
