Wages Pay Practices. For purposes of placement to the new wage structure, Genetic Counselors and Genetic Counselor Coordinators will be placed on the wage step that is equal to or closest to their current wage rate and would result in an increase of at least 1% to their current wage rate. Employees who do not receive at least a 2.5% increase as a result of placement on the wage scale will receive the difference between their wage increase as a one-time lump sum payment to equal the equivalent of a 2.5% increase. Wage rates will become effective March 27, 2011 and payable as a lump- sum payment following ratification. Wage rates are contingent on the Genetic Counselor or Genetic Counselor Coordinator meeting the legal and statutory requirements of their position, including, but not limited to, licensure requirements. See Appendix A for wages The parties agree to meet and discuss Genetic Counselor interim licensure wage and working conditions prior to the legal and statutory licensure requirement taking effect, currently scheduled for July 1, 2011.

  • Pay Practices The Employer recognizes the importance of regularity in pay practices and to the greatest extent possible the Employer will not alter the payment routines. Nurses will be notified in writing by the Employer not less than sixty (60) days in advance of a change to the pay practices.

  • STANDARD PRACTICES 47.1 Standard Practices may incorporate by reference various industry, OBF, and other standards referred to throughout this Agreement, which may be implemented to satisfy any CenturyLink obligations under this Agreement.
