Waiver of Additional Compensation or Benefits. The Termination Benefits to be paid to Executive constitutes the entire amount of compensation and consideration due to Executive under the Employment Agreement and this Agreement, and Executive acknowledges that he has no right to seek, and will not seek, any additional or different compensation or consideration for executing or performing under the Employment Agreement or this Agreement.
Waiver of Additional Compensation or Benefits. Other than the compensation and payments provided for in this Agreement and the post-termination benefits provided for in the Employment Agreement, Employee shall not be entitled to any additional compensation, benefits, payments or grants under any agreement, benefit plan, severance plan or bonus or incentive program established by Matador or any of Matador’s affiliates, other than any vested retirement plan benefits, any vested equity grants or COBRA continuation coverage benefits. [TO BE MODIFIED, IF APPLICABLE, FOR OTHER BENEFITS.] Employee agrees that the release in Section 3 covers any claims Employee might have regarding Employee’s compensation, bonuses, stock options or grants and any other benefits Employee may or may not have received during Employee’s employment with Matador.

Other than the compensation and payments provided for in this Release, the post-termination benefits provided for in the Employment Agreement (including Section 6 of the Employment Agreement) and any right or benefit provided upon termination under any outstanding equity awards, Executive shall not be entitled to any additional compensation, benefits, payments or grants under any agreement, benefit plan, severance plan or bonus or incentive program established by the Company. Executive agrees that the waiver and release in Section 3 below covers any claims Executive might have regarding Executive's compensation and any benefits Executive may or may not have received during Executive's employment with the Company, other than the post-termination benefits provided for in the Employment Agreement (including Section 6 of the Employment Agreement) and any right or benefit provided upon termination under any outstanding equity awards.
Waiver of Additional Compensation or Benefits. Executive’s participation in and eligibility for any compensation, bonus, or benefits plans or practices of the Company shall terminate on the Separation Date. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, nothing in this Agreement shall affect (i) Executive’s vested right, if any, under the terms of such plans or any other employee benefit plans maintained by the Company or Administaff Companies II, L.P. or its affiliates (together “Administaff”) for the benefit of the Company’s employees; or (ii) Executive’s right to continue or convert coverage under such employee benefit plans, in accordance with the terms of those plans and applicable law, including without limitation, Executive’s right to elect continued insurance coverage in accordance with the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (“COBRA”). Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, Executive shall not be entitled to any additional compensation, nor shall Executive be entitled to any benefits, payments or grants under any benefit plan, severance plan or bonus or incentive program the Company or any of its affiliates has established. Executive agrees that the release in Section 5 covers any claims that arise before the date he signs this Agreement regarding his compensation, bonuses, stock options or grants and any other benefits Executive may or may not have received during the course of his employment relationship with the Company and its subsidiaries and affiliates.

The Severance Payment to be paid to Employee constitute the entire amount of compensation and consideration due to Employee under this Agreement, and Employee acknowledges that he has no right to seek, and will not seek, any additional or different compensation or consideration for executing or performing under this Agreement.
Waiver of Additional Compensation or Benefits. The Separation Benefits to be paid to Executive under Section 3 above constitute the entire amount of compensation and consideration due to Executive under this Agreement or any other agreement, policy, plan or arrangement of the Company providing for severance or separation benefits. Executive acknowledges that he has no right to seek, and will not seek, any additional or different compensation or consideration for executing or performing under this Agreement. The Parties acknowledge and agree that Executive is not releasing claims to employee benefits pursuant to the Company’s or its Affiliates’ employee benefit plans that are subject to ERISA which explicitly provide for the payment of benefits following the Termination Date.
Waiver of Additional Compensation or Benefits. The Executive agrees that except as otherwise expressly provided herein the Separation Benefits described herein constitute the entire amount of consideration provided to him under this Agreement, and that in consideration of the Separation Benefits described herein, he will not seek any further compensation for any other claimed damage, costs, severance, income, or attorney's fees. The Executive expressly waives any right to participate in or receive any benefits or payments under any severance plan or program offered by or on behalf of the Company.

The Termination Benefits to be paid to Employee under Section 3 above constitute the entire amount of compensation and consideration due to Employee under this Agreement or any other agreement, policy, plan or arrangement of CGG providing for severance or separation benefits, and Employee acknowledges that he has no right to seek, and will not seek, any additional or different compensation or consideration for executing or performing under this Agreement. Notwithstanding any provision in this Agreement to the contrary, this Agreement does not replace, reduce or waive any rights Employee has under the Employment Agreement or with respect to vested and accrued benefits under any incentive or equity participation plan of CGG or its Affiliates, and other applicable plans, if any.
Waiver of Additional Compensation or Benefits. Other than the compensation and payments provided for in this Agreement, Executive shall not be entitled to any additional compensation, bonuses, benefits, payments or grants, stock options, or any benefit plan, incentive plan, option plan, severance plan or bonus program established by the Company or any of the Company’s affiliates or subsidiaries. Executive agrees that the release in Paragraph 3 and the Release covers any claims Executive might have regarding Executive’s compensation, bonuses, incentive compensation, stock options, restricted stock or grants and any other benefits Executive may or may not have received during Executive’s employment with the Company, except for the Merger Agreement Payments as defined below.
Waiver of Additional Compensation or Benefits. Xx. Xxxxx agrees that the Consulting Fee, Non-Compete Payment, and Retirement Benefits, as well as the Company’s other covenants set forth below, constitute the entire amount of consideration provided to him under this Agreement, and that he will not seek any further compensation for any other claimed damage, costs, severance, income, or attorney’s fees. Xx. Xxxxx expressly waives any right to participate in or receive any benefits or payments under any severance plan or program offered by or on behalf of the Company, including without limitation the Employment Related Contracts and the Amended and Restated Management Group Employee Severance Protection Plan effective February 15, 2000, as amended August 20, 2002.
