Wavelength Service. Each Section of this Service Schedule shall apply to all types of (3)Link(R) Wavelength Service unless otherwise expressly set forth in the particular Section.

Wavelength Service. If any planned transfer of the (3)Link(R) Wavelength Service from one transmission system to another will adversely affect Customer's schemes for system diversity along the particular route of the (3)Link(R) Wavelength Service between the termination nodes, Level 3 and Customer agree to work together so as to preserve, to the extent feasible, Customer's diversity requirements.
Wavelength Service. The five (5) year Service Term for the IRU shall begin at the time of conversion. Upon conversion, Customer shall be released from all future monthly recurring charges under the original lease that would have otherwise accrued after the date of conversion, and the terms of Level 3's then current Service Schedule for (3)Link(R) Wavelength Service - IRU shall thereafter govern respecting delivery and use of the IRU. No portion of the charges already paid by Customer to Xxxxx 0 for such original lease shall be refunded, rebated or credited.
Wavelength Service. This Installation Service Level shall not apply to Customer Orders that contain incorrect information supplied by Customer, or Customer Orders that are altered at Customer's request after submission and acceptance by Level 3. Wavelength Service. WIN’s dense wave division multiplexing (“DWDM”) Wavelength Service (“Wavelength Service or “Service”) provides bandwidths of optical wavelength circuits for dedicated transport bandwidth for the Customer’s use between two (2) points specified by the parties in a SO accepted by WIN and meeting the technical requirements described in this Service Attachment. The offer is an unprotected service consisting of two (2) fibers, one for signal transmission and one for receive. Both fibers are housed in the same cable sheath and in the event of a fiber cut there is no protection unless Customer has purchased a second or alternate Wavelength. In the event Customer purchases a second Wavelength Service for back up purposes, Customer shall be responsible for managing the alternate path to ensure protection.

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (XxX) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

  • Electrical Service Electrical service for new construction or a renovated existing building shall be 480/277-volt, 3-phase, 4-wire or approved equal. Service shall be sized for HVAC and other mechanical system(s) loads, lighting, general building services, and dedicated computer based office equipment loads. 5 xxxxx per square foot shall be provided for lighting and general service receptacles. Size of neutral conductor of 3- phase circuits shall be twice that of phase conductor to accommodate potential harmonic currents associated with computer system electronic power supplies and fluorescent lighting fixtures electronic ballasts.

  • Interconnection Service Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer to connect the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and be eligible to deliver the Large Generating Facility’s output using the available capacity of the CAISO Controlled Grid. To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct.

  • DNS Service TLD Zone Contents 1.1. Apex SOA record 1.2. Apex NS records and in-­‐bailiwick glue for the TLD’s DNS servers 1.3. NS records and in-­‐bailiwick glue for DNS servers of registered names in the TLD

  • Water Service The Purchase Price for the Property shall include all water rights/water shares, if any, that are the legal source for Seller’s current culinary water service and irrigation water service, if any, to the Property. The water rights/water shares will be conveyed or otherwise transferred to Buyer at Closing by applicable deed or legal instruments. The following water rights/water shares, if applicable, are specifically excluded from this sale:

  • Switching All of the negotiated rates, terms and conditions set forth in this Section pertain to the provision of local and tandem switching.

  • Our Service The services that you have selected and the charges for those services are confirmed in Section 9 - Your Consent at the end of this agreement.   • Utility Service To the extent commercially reasonable and practicable, the Sellers and Purchaser shall obtain xxxxxxxx and meter readings as of the Business Day preceding the Closing Date to aid in the proration of charges for gas, electricity and other utility services which are not the direct responsibility of Tenants. If such xxxxxxxx or meter readings as of the Business Day preceding the Closing Date are obtained, adjustments for any costs, expenses, charges or fees shown thereon shall be made in accordance with such xxxxxxxx or meter readings. If such xxxxxxxx or meter readings as of the Business Day preceding the Closing Date are not available for a utility service, the charges therefor shall be adjusted at the Closing on the basis of the per diem charges for the most recent prior period for which bills were issued and shall be further adjusted at the Final Closing Adjustment on the basis of the actual bills for the period in which the Closing takes place. Each Property’s Seller shall receive a credit at Closing for the Utility Deposits, if any, that are transferred or made available to Purchaser and that are held by applicable utility companies for the account of such Seller in respect of services provided to such Seller’s Property or Properties. Purchaser shall arrange for placing all utility services and bills in its own name as of the Closing Date.
