Weekly Employment. 1. Employees employed pursuant to this Paragraph A. shall be guaranteed a minimum of forty (40) hours in any five (5) workdays out of seven (7) consecutive days, with two (2) consecutive days off and shall be guaranteed a minimum of one (1) week's employment. A day off at the end of any workweek immediately followed by another day off at the beginning of the next workweek shall satisfy the two (2) consecutive days off requirement. A workday starting on one calendar day and running into the next calendar day shall be credited to the first calendar day. All time worked in excess of eight (8) hours per day or forty (40) hours per week shall be paid at one and one-half (1½) times the hourly rate provided herein for such employee's classification.
