Whereas Toronto Western Hospital and Toronto. General Hospital were amalgamated creating the University Health Network, the parties agree and it is hereby understood that this Collective Agreement applies only to the pre-existing Toronto Western Hospital site, located at 000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx.

Whereas Toronto Western Hospital and Toronto. General Hospital were amalgamated creating the Toronto Hospital, the parties agree and it is xxxxx understood that this collective agreement applies to the Toronto Western Hospital site. The employer recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining agent for all office and clerical employees of the Employer, save and except supervisors, personnel assistants, employment officers, secretaries to the President, Senior Vice President, Vice Presidents, Medical Director, Director of Finance, Director of Nursing and Director of Personnel, persons regularly employed for not more than twenty-four (24) hours per week, students employed during the school vacation periods and persons covered by subsisting Collective Agreements. For the purpose of clarity, the parties are in agreement that the Medical Record Librarians (Health Record Administrators), Medical Photographers, Print Shop Operators, Xxxxxx and Stockkeeper are excluded from the bargaining unit.
