Common use of Winter Recess Clause in Contracts

Winter Recess. In-^ar ^ f^d-Zof-this Agreement, departments thafar-e-able to elose-(-or-DivisiQn(s) i f entire Department is unable to close) between December 25, 2011 and January 1, 2012, and December 25, 2012 and January 1, 2013, shall close to minimize the County's carbon footprint.
