Winter Service WSDOs (WSDOs). The Winter Service Manager will be supported by seven WSDOs working on a rotational basis. These posts are are an integral part of the service as they provide immediate support and guidance to the Winter Control Room staff, allowing them to process the information being received whilst the WSDOs interpret the forecast, make decisions on treatment and prepare the Daily Action Plan. He then carried out the WSDO role in the North West Unit from October 2014 to May 2020. During his six winter seasons in the North West Unit he has mentored less experienced members of staff. XXXXX is an Engineer in the Roads Design Team. He worked as a WSDO in the South East Trunk Road Unit and has completed fifth winter seasons in the North West. XXXXXXX is an Engineer in our Roads Design Team. This is XXXXXXX sixth winter season. XXXXXXX attended the IHE Winter Service Training for Decision Makers and Managers course, and this along with his previous experience has seen him being formally approved as a WSDO. XXXX undertook the role as WSDC on the North East Unit from 2013 to 2016 following which he gained promotion to Network Officer. During his time as WSDC whilst predominately working on the North East Unit. XXXX also gained experience of winter service on the North West Unit. As part of his continual development XXXX has completed an HNC in civil engineering. This is XXXX fourth winter season and has been formally approved as a WSDO. XXX has three seasons previous experience as a Winter Duty Manager with Bear Scotland on the North East Unit between 2011 – 2015 and two seasons mentorship on the South West Unit with Scotland Transerv under an experienced Winter Duty Manager 2015 – 2018. As a winter duty officer, he has been actively involved in winter maintenance. His duties have included observing weather forecasts and graphs on a daily basis, drafting daily winter action plans, monitoring live feedback information from site-based weather stations, liaising with our Control Room and the weather service provider on a 24-hour basis, instructing operatives with regards to winter action and then monitoring that action for any problems.   • CONTRACTOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Contractor shall designate a customer service representative (and inform Enterprise Services of the same) who shall be responsible for addressing Purchaser issues pertaining to this Master Contract.

  • Customer Service A. PRIMARY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE. Supplier will assign an Account Representative to Sourcewell for this Contract and must provide prompt notice to Sourcewell if that person is changed. The Account Representative will be responsible for: • Maintenance and management of this Contract; • Timely response to all Sourcewell and Participating Entity inquiries; and • Business reviews to Sourcewell and Participating Entities, if applicable.

  • Customer Service Support During the Term of this Agreement, VNDS will provide reasonable telephone and e-mail customer service support to Registrar, not Registered Name Holder or prospective customers of Registrar, for nontechnical issues solely relating to the System and its operation. VNDS will provide Registrar with a telephone number and e-mail address for such support during implementation of the Supported Protocol, APIs and Software. First-level telephone support will be available on a 7-day/24-hour basis. VNDS will provide a web-based customer service capability in the future and such web-based support will become the primary method of customer service support to Registrar at such time.

  • Special Service networks The following services must be received from special service network providers in order to be covered. All terms and conditions outlined in the Summary of Benefits apply.

  • Quality Management System Supplier hereby undertakes, warrants and confirms, and will ensue same for its subcontractors, to remain certified in accordance with ISO 9001 standard or equivalent. At any time during the term of this Agreement, the Supplier shall, if so instructed by ISR, provide evidence of such certifications. In any event, Supplier must notify ISR, in writing, in the event said certification is suspended and/or canceled and/or not continued.

  • Customer Services Customer Relationship Management (CRM): All aspects of the CRM process, including planning, scheduling, and control activities involved with service delivery. The service components facilitate agencies’ requirements for managing and coordinating customer interactions across multiple communication channels and business lines. Customer Preferences: Customizing customer preferences relative to interface requirements and information delivery mechanisms (e.g., personalization, subscriptions, alerts and notifications).

  • Access to Network Interface Device (NID 2.4.3.1. Due to the wide variety of NIDs utilized by BellSouth (based on subscriber size and environmental considerations), Mpower may access the on-premises wiring by any of the following means: BellSouth shall allow Mpower to connect its loops directly to BellSouth’s multi-line residential NID enclosures that have additional space and are not used by BellSouth or any other telecommunications carriers to provide service to the premise. Mpower agrees to install compatible protectors and test jacks and to maintain the protection system and equipment and to indemnify BellSouth pursuant to Section 8 of the General Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.

  • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply. Contractor agrees to be governed by and comply with the provisions of §§00-000-000, 00-000-000, 00-000-000, and 00- 000-000, C.R.S. regarding the monitoring of vendor performance and the reporting of contract information in the State’s contract management system (“Contract Management System” or “CMS”). Contractor’s performance shall be subject to evaluation and review in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract, Colorado statutes governing CMS, and State Fiscal Rules and State Controller policies.
