Withdrawal of Parties. A party desiring to leave the membership of this Agreement shall indicate its intent in writing to the Policy Committee in the form of an official board resolution. Notice must be made at least 30 days in advance of leaving the Agreement.
Withdrawal of Parties. Any Party may withdraw from this Agreement upon 30 days written notice to the other Parties hereto; provided that this right to withdraw is without prejudice or limitation of any liabilities or obligations accrued hereunder or under any contractual undertaking entered into by such Party prior to the effective date of its withdrawal. Withdrawal from a Chassis Pool established hereunder shall be governed by the policies and procedures established for that Pool and shall not in and of itself constitute withdrawal from this Agreement.
Withdrawal of Parties. A Party to the Agreement may terminate its participation in this Agreement at any time by notifying all the other Parties in writing. If a Party intends to withdraw, it should provide as much notice as possible before withdrawing and a minimum of three months.

Withdrawal of Parties. A party desiring to leave the membership of this Agreement shall indicate its intent in writing to the Policy Committee in the form of an official board resolution. BWSR has identified the following parties as required parties for this agreement: Nicollet County, Nicollet SWCD, Le Sueur County, Le Sueur County SWCD, Blue Earth County, and Blue Earth County SWCD. If one of the required Parties according to the BWSR Operating Procedures for One Watershed One Plan withdraws from this agreement, it does not make this MOA null and void. Should this occur, the remaining Parties will hold discussions with BWSR representatives regarding the reallocation of reassignment of duties, grant funds, and future projection of the project as a whole.
Withdrawal of Parties. A Party may withdraw from the Consortium only with the unanimous agreement of the remaining Parties.
Withdrawal of Parties. (1) No Party shall be entitled to withdraw from this Agreement and/or participation in the Project unless:
i) that Party has obtained the prior written consent of the other Parties (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld), and also of the Commission, to the withdrawal from, or termination of, the Contract; or
ii) the Contract is terminated by the Commission in relation to that Party for any reason whatsoever.
(2) However, a Party shall not by withdrawal or termination be relieved from i) its responsibilities under this Agreement, including the current Plan of Activities or the Contract in respect of that part of that Party's work on the Project which has been carried out (or which should have been carried out) up to the date of withdrawal or termination; or
Withdrawal of Parties. (a) Any Party is free to withdraw from the Agreement at any upon giving express written notification to the other Parties. In addition, each Party has a duty to expressly withdraw when the Party believes a commonality of interest for joint prosecution of the Joint Claim no longer exists.
(b) Following the withdrawal of a Party, Agreement shall no longer be operative as to subsequent communications between the Party or Parties which have withdrawn and the remaining Party or Parties. However, the withdrawing Party shall continue to protect all Joint Materials disclosed to the withdrawing Party prior to the Party's notification of withdrawal.
(c) Upon demand, a withdrawing Party shall immediately retum any and all Joint Materials, including copies, received under this Agreement.
Withdrawal of Parties. 13.1 If a Party does not comply with any one or more of its obligations under this agreement that Party will withdraw from this agreement if all of the other Parties give written notice requiring it to do so.
13.2 A Party may withdraw from this agreement by giving 12 months notice in writing to each of the other Parties of its intention to do so, and all of the Parties will then negotiate in good faith in relation to the terms of withdrawal of the Party that has given notice, including the date on which the Party will cease to be a Party, and any legislative changes and other arrangements that may be necessary as a consequence of the withdrawal.
13.3 If a Party withdraws, this agreement will continue in force between all of the remaining Parties.
13.4 A Party may rejoin as a Party to this agreement with the unanimous agreement of the other Parties, if it has first indicated that it is prepared to adhere to the obligations in this agreement.
Withdrawal of Parties. 15.1 The Parties agree that if:
(a) a Party fails to comply with any of its obligations under this agreement; or
(b) Access Legislation has not been enacted and become effective in a Party's jurisdiction on or before the date applicable to that Party under clause 5, it may be required to withdraw from this agreement if all of the other Parties give written notice requiring it to withdraw.
15.2 A Party may withdraw from this agreement by giving notice in writing to the other Parties of its intention to do so, and all Parties shall then negotiate in good faith in relation to the terms of withdrawal of the Party which has given notice, including the date upon which the Party will cease to be a Party and any changes to legislation and other arrangements with respect to the Gas Pipelines Access Law (including the Access Code) that may be necessary as a consequence of the withdrawal.
15.3 If a Party withdraws, this agreement will nevertheless continue as an agreement between all other Parties.
