Work Based Personal Assistance. Subject to any Guidelines, a Provider must not provide Work Based Personal Assistance or Work Based Personal Assistance Only to a NDIS Participant. If, at any time, a Disability Employment Services – Employment Support Service Participant or a Work Based Personal Assistance Only Participant becomes a NDIS Participant, the Provider must: cease providing Work Based Personal Assistance or Work Based Personal Assistance Only to that Participant, and in the case of a Work Based Personal Assistance Only Participant, Exit that Participant in accordance with clause 752.1(c); and in all cases, provide sufficient assistance and cooperation to the National Disability Insurance Agency, or any other persons nominated by the Department, to facilitate the provision of similar services to the NDIS Participant.

Reserved Reserved National Work Experience Program Placements National Work Experience Program Placements Subject to clause 98.2 and clause 98.3, the Provider may: provide; broker; or purchase, National Work Experience Program Placements for Participants who are eligible to participate in and elect to participate in the National Work Experience Program. National Work Experience Program Placements: must not have the effect of displacing or replacing paid workers or reducing the amount of paid work available to workers; must only be provided, brokered or purchased by the Provider if the Provider is satisfied that, for each National Work Experience Program Placement, there is a likelihood that the relevant Participant will obtain paid employment with the relevant Activity Host Organisation following the National Work Experience Program Placement, and the Provider has made an assessment of the likely length of that employment; and must meet the requirements set out in any Guidelines.
Work Based Personal Assistance. 95.5 Subject to any Guidelines, a Provider must not provide Work Based Personal Assistance or Work Based Personal Assistance Only to a NDIS Participant.

  • Educational Assistance To qualify for reimbursement, an employee must be a regular employee upon enrollment. To be approved, the courses described below must be related to the employee's present position or career development:

  • Educational Assistants Have a current Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential™, coursework for a certificate that meets the requirements for CDA Credential™ preparation, or is enrolled in and working toward completing a program that prepares the individual to obtain the CDA Credential™ (Act 210, Section 4, SLH 2021 per new section identified as HRS § 302D-39);

  • Educational Assistance Plan The state shall provide up to six credit hours of tuition-free courses per term at a state university or community college to full-time employees on a space available basis as authorized by law.

  • Roadside Assistance If you purchase the optional Roadside Assistance, we will provide you with 24/7 breakdown assistance (where available) without additional charge. Roadside Assistance includes replacement of lost keys or key fobs, flat tire service, jumpstart, and key lockout services. When deciding whether to purchase Roadside Assistance, you may wish to check whether you have you have other coverage for the services. Roadside Assistance is not insurance. Roadside Assistance is void if you are in breach of this Agreement, including the prohibited uses in paragraph 5.

  • Mutual Assistance Each party shall assist the other in complying with all applicable requirements of the Data Protection Legislation. In particular, each party shall:

  • Legal Assistance The Board shall give full support including legal and other assistance for any assault upon the employee while properly acting in the discharge of his/her duties.

  • Training Assistance (a) Employees shall be reimbursed for one hundred percent (100%) of the tuition for job-related courses approved by the Employer.
