Work Breaks. 3.2.1 The daily hours of work shall be continuous from the time of commencement and shall not be broken except for meal intervals, which shall not exceed one hour in duration. 3.2.2 A kaimahi shall be allowed two rest breaks of 15 minutes each day, in the morning, afternoon or evening, at times specified by the employee’s supervisor. 3.2.3 Each kaimahi shall be allowed a minimum break of nine consecutive hours between spells of ordinary hours of duty.
