Work Clothes and Tools. (A) All employees will be required to wear Only Company Issued Uniforms while on duty. The Company will furnish each employee with Company approved uniforms. The Company Uniform Issue will consist of:

Work Clothes and Tools. The employer shall cover the costs of work clothes for its employees and give the em- ployees the use of work tools and materials. The employee shall be responsible while doing the work for those tools and materials that have been entrusted to him as well as for storing them in the storage place shown to him by the employer.
Work Clothes and Tools. (a) The employee will be required to wear only Company issued uniforms while on duty. The Company will furnish each employee with seven (7) pairs of pants and seven (7) shirts, and Company caps. Company pants must be worn correctly on the waist. Company caps must be worn with the bill straight and forward, not to either side or backwards. Caps must be Company issued, no other caps will be worn while on duty. Employees are required to wear approved work shoes or boots while on duty. The boots will be purchased from an approved vendor or vendors as specified by the Company for a cost up to $ $80.00 including tax which will be covered by the Company. Boots can be purchased on a yearly basis. The maintenance and laundry of uniforms shall be the responsibility of employee. Replacement of uniforms will be on a condition basis. Upon termination from the Company, the employee shall return all uniforms in the employee possession.
Work Clothes and Tools. Section 1: Employees shall be required to wear work clothing that is reasonable suitable and safe for the type of work they are assigned. Lettering of any description other than that prescribed by the Company shall not be permitted on any work clothing.

  • WORK CLOTHES The employer shall provide all necessary work clothes (coveralls, work shoes or equivalent, and insulated coveralls, winter coveralls and rain gear as needed), as well as safety equipment, including personal safety gear. Work clothes and safety gear provided by the company are the property of the company. When a new set of work clothes is provided, the worn set shall be handed in. Used safety equipment as mentioned above shall be properly cleaned before being reissued.

  • EQUIPMENT AND TOOLS 40.01 The Employer will make available all necessary tools and equipment it requires for the performance of work assignments at no cost to the employees. Such tools and equipment will remain the property of the Employer and the employees will be required to take reasonable care of this property and may be required to sign out certain equipment and tools.

  • Personnel Equipment and Material Engineer shall furnish and maintain, at its own expense, quarters for the performance of all Engineering Services, and adequate and sufficient personnel and equipment to perform the Engineering Services as required. All employees of Engineer shall have such knowledge and experience as will enable them to perform the duties assigned to them. Any employee of Engineer who, in the reasonable opinion of County, is incompetent or whose conduct becomes detrimental to the Engineering Services shall immediately be removed from association with the Project when so instructed by County. Engineer certifies that it presently has adequate qualified personnel in its employment for performance of the Engineering Services required under this Contract, or will obtain such personnel from sources other than County. Engineer may not change the Project Manager without prior written consent of County.

  • Equipment and Materials Contractor at its sole cost and expense shall provide and furnish all tools, labor, materials, equipment, transportation services and any other items (collectively, "Equipment") which are required or necessary to perform the Services in a manner which is consistent with generally accepted standards of the profession for similar services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, District shall not be responsible for any damages to persons or property as a result of the use, misuse or failure of any Equipment used by Contractor of the Contracted Parties, even if such Equipment is furnished, rented or loaned to Contractor or the Contracted Parties by District. Furthermore, any Equipment or workmanship that does not conform to the regulations of this Agreement may be rejected by District and in such case must be promptly remedied or replaced by Contractor at no additional cost to District and subject to District’s reasonable satisfaction.

  • Solicitations for Subcontractors, Including Procurements of Materials and Equipment In all solicitations either by competitive bidding or negotiation made by the contractor for work to be performed under a subcontract, including procurements of materials or leases of equipment, each potential subcontractor or supplier shall be notified by the contractor of the contractor's obligations under this contract and the Regulations relative to nondiscrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin, sex, age, and disability/handicap.

  • Accessories, Spare Parts and Tools Accessories, spare parts and tools dispatched with a piece of equipment, machine, apparatus or vehicle, which are part of the normal equipment and included in the price thereof or which are not separately invoiced, shall be regarded as one with the piece of equipment, machine, apparatus or vehicle in question.
