Training Agreement. An agreement is a Training Agreement if it contemplates the provision of Training Sessions to the Customer.
Training Agreement. This Training Agreement will begin when Skills Active has received full and complete documents and will run for the agreed programme time. An extension of time to complete the training will require written approval from Skills Active.
Training Agreement. (a) A training agreement is required when the work-based learning opportunity is multi-day and the employer supervisor is not the instructor. A training agreement is not required when the work-based learning opportunity takes place in a simulated work environment at an educational institution, during off-campus work-based learning entirely overseen by the instructor, or when the work-based learning opportunity takes place during a single-day.
(b) At a minimum, a training agreement must include:
1. The student’s legal name, educational institution, telephone number, and email address;
2. The student’s emergency contact information and, if the student is younger than eighteen (18) years of age, contact information for his or her parent or legal guardian. Contact information must include, at a minimum, the contact’s name, telephone number, email address, and relationship to the student;
3. The instructor’s legal name, telephone number, and e-mail address;
4. The employer’s legal name, address, telephone number, and federal tax identification number;
5. The employer supervisor’s legal name, title, telephone number, and e-mail address;
6. The start and end dates of the work-based learning opportunity;
7. The number of hours to be worked per week by the student and the student’s work schedule, if available;
8. Whether the work-based learning opportunity is paid or unpaid;
9. A description of the work-based learning opportunity, including, but not limited to, the student’s specific job responsibilities;
10. The employability and technical skills to be learned by the student during the work-based learning opportunity;
11. A description of how the student’s performance will be assessed by the employer supervisor and instructor; and
12. The dated signatures (handwritten or electronic) of the employer supervisor; instructor; and student; or, a parent or legal guardian if the student is younger than eighteen (18) years of age. Training Agreement. (ATS) means an Australian Traineeship System Training Agreement registered with the appropriate State Training Authority.
Training Agreement. An employee selected for training for a minimum period prescribed by the Department shall agree in writing with the Department before assignment to the training that he/she will:
(1) Continue in the service of the Federal Government after the end of the training period for a period at least equal to three times the length of the training period unless he/she is involuntarily separated; and
(2) Repay the amount of the expenses incurred by the Department in connection with his/her training if he/she is voluntarily separated from the service of the Federal Government before the end of the service agreement. The Department's right to recover the expenses of training may be waived, in whole or in part, only if one or more of the following conditions exists:
(1) The employee has completed most, but not all, of the required period of service;
(2) The employee resigned because of his or her own illness or the serious illness of a member of his or her immediate family; or
(3) The employee is unable to make payment because of severe financial hardship. A waiver of the Service Agreement must be requested in writing and submitted to the Assistant Secretary for Administration or his/her designee.
Training Agreement. Students accepted to the School District/Agency will provide the School District/Agency with CSUN’s School Psychology Fieldwork Agreement form. This form specifies the unique requirements of each trainee’s placement and clarifies the responsibilities of the School District/Agency, Trainee, and University.

Training Agreement. As part of the collective agreement, the training agreement between the Real Estate Employers and Service Union United PAM (Attachment 5) shall be adhered to.
Training Agreement. (i) Trainees shall enter into a contract of training with the Executive Director, CALM. On completion of the traineeship the State Training Authority will provide each successful trainee with a Certificate, under the Industrial Training Act.
(ii) A Traineeship may be cancelled:-
(a) by mutual consent
(b) by either the employee or trainee giving one week's notice on either side, or by payment or forfeiture as the case may be, of a week's wages in lieu of notice. This does not affect the right to dismiss for misconduct and in such case wages shall be paid up to the time of dismissal only.
Training Agreement. Prior to formal hiring and prior to initiation of service, all prospective members of the bargaining unit shall execute a “four year training agreement” substantially in the form of that appended hereto (Appendix B). The bargaining unit members specifically and knowingly waive all rights which they may have under the fair labor standards act to any claims of wage forfeiture, or any other related claim of penalty or improper practice as a result of the execution or enforcement of said training agreement. In the event that any third party, including any governmental organization, successfully pursues any such claim on behalf of any member of the bargaining unit member, the said members will hold the town harmless and indemnify the town for any amounts recovered.
