Work During Meal Period. Employees who at the request of the Company are required to work during meal period shall receive pay at the rate of time and one-half on the minute basis, but will be relieved the necessary time (without pay) to procure meal.
Work During Meal Period. When a technologist is required to work during the normal meal break due to the requirements of patient care, such employee will re-schedule his/her half hour meal break, where possible. Should re-scheduling of the meal break not be possible, the employee will discuss the events with the immediate supervisor at the earliest opportunity and the immediate supervisor may authorize payment for the half hour meal break at time and one-half the regular straight time hourly rate.

Employees required to work during their meal period shall receive actual time at time and one-half rate for the period so worked and will be allowed a reasonable time, with pay, in which to eat. If this results in the employee working more than eight (8) hours in his/her tour of duty, time worked in excess of eight (8) hours shall be paid for at the rate of time and one-half.
Work During Meal Period. Employees who are assigned to remain at work during the meal period and to keep the facility open during such period shall be compensated at their regular rate for time worked. This provision shall be applicable only if the employee has worked for four (4) or more hours and is qualified for a meal period.
Work During Meal Period. If, in an emergency, an employee is required to work through his/her meal period, such time shall be paid for at his/her hourly rate and twenty (20) minutes in which to eat, without deduction in pay, shall be afforded at the first opportunity.
