WORK LOAD/DUTIES. The building principal will prepare the first draft of the master schedule for the coming year prior to the end of the current school year and shall solicit suggestions from the staff for use in developing future drafts. The final master schedule including all special teaching assignments and planning periods shall be posted by the first teacher day of each school year. When duties are being assigned, consideration will be given to the work load of each bargaining unit member. If duties are assigned to bargaining unit members whose responsibilities regularly include grading of papers, duties that can allow for time for that, when practicable (i.e., study halls), will be assigned. When possible, bargaining unit members may be given the opportunity to volunteer for particular duties in lieu of another responsibility. Duties will be rotated when possible. Guidelines will be developed to outline the expectations of what each duty entails. These guidelines will be reviewed each year and provided to substitute teachers. A schedule of duties will be posted by the first teacher day of each school year. Each building will review the schedule on opening day. If the Building Representative finds it necessary, he/she shall bring the issue to the attention of the Building Committee by completing an Issue Report Form. The Building Committee, where possible, shall make the necessary changes to make the work load equitable within departments or grade levels as determined by the Building Committee. In an effort to equalize and/or balance workload issues, a meeting will be convened by grade level/subject area upon mutual agreement of the association and administration. Topics shall include, but are not limited to, student performance, class rosters, accurate numbers of county student and students with special needs.

  • JOB DUTIES AND TASKS 1. Ensures maintenance and repair of Commission's properties by maintenance crews and performs maintenance and repair duties (a) Directs maintenance staff (and grounds staff in Prince Rupert) in the completion of duties related to the maintenance and repair of Commission properties; (b) Organizes and schedules crews; ensuring work standards and deadlines are met; (c) Completes performance evaluation of staff; recommends disciplinary or other appropriate action where necessary; and other related supervisory duties as required; (d) Carries out electrical, plumbing and carpentry repairs and maintenance as listed on Maintenance Worker I such as repair/replace ballasts, fans, breakers and electrical fixtures, repair/replace plumbing fixtures, water lines and piping; repair gyproc walls and repair rollers on sliding doors and windows; (e) Carries out exterior repairs such as repairing roof leaks and flashing, cleaning gutters and replacing locks, railings, window and door closers and weather stripping; (f) Maintains own inventory of tools as listed in Appendix B, Part III; (g) Operates Employer's vehicle including trailers to load and unload tools, materials and/or equipment and/or Employer's assets; (h) Performs routine repairs and maintenance to appliances and equipment; (i) Performs routine repairs and maintenance to HVAC equipment; (j) Redirects contractors where minor deviations in the performance of work specifications are noted and reports on major deviations in contract performance on modernization and improvement delivery programs; (k) Performs work that requires adherence to safety procedures/practices when dealing with hazards; (l) May be required to utilize tact and diplomacy and refer tenants to other staff where appropriate.   • SCOPE OF WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Interconnection Customer’s Scope of Work and Responsibilities The Interconnection Customer will design, construct, own, operate and maintain the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities and Collection Feeder Lines in accordance with the following requirements, to the extent not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement, the ISO OATT or applicable NYISO Procedures: NYISO requirements, industry standards and specifications, regulatory requirements, the Connecting Transmission Owner’s applicable Connecting Transmission Owner’s Electric System Bulletins (“ESBs”), provided at the following website: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/ProNet/Technical-Resources/Electric- Specifications, the System Protection and Interconnection Customer Attachment Facilities Electric Installation Specification for Xxxxxxxxx Solar Project provided as Appendix C to the Facilities Study for the Small Generating Facility (“Project Specific Specifications”), as such specifications shall be modified as a result of the Interconnection Customer’s post Facilities SERVICE AGREEMENT NO. 2557 Study modifications to the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities, and Good Utility Practice. The Interconnection Customer shall submit all engineering design and electrical specifications associated with the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities to the Connecting Transmission Owner for its review and acceptance in accordance with the ESBs and Project Specific Specifications. The metering of any redundant or standby station service provisions at the Xxxxxxxxx Solar Collector Substation shall be added in accordance with the Connecting Transmission Owner’s retail tariff, P.S.C. No. 220, and the Connecting Transmission Owner’s ESB 750. As per the Project Specific Specifications, the Interconnection Customer will install the RTU provided by Connecting Transmission Owner in accordance with Connecting Transmission Owner’s ESBs, indoors and within 15 feet of the meter(s), and remote from: • heavy traffic areas, work areas, and loading areas; • heat producing or high electrostatic or electromagnetic field producing equipment; and • station batteries. (Note: If no indoor facility is available, then installation of the RTU and revenue metering equipment in a dedicated, weatherproof, heated cubicle (accessible only to Connecting Transmission Owner) is acceptable.) For the revenue metering, the Interconnection Customer shall install a meter panel in accordance with the Project Specific Specifications, ESB 752 and ESB 750. The Interconnection Customer shall mount the revenue metering CT/PT units, make grounding connections, and complete all primary wiring. The Interconnection Customer shall install the meter socket enclosure near the Connecting Transmission Owner’s RTU in accordance with the Project Specific Specifications. Additional right-of-way (“ROW”) will be required for the construction, operation, and maintenance of the Line 301 Tap and must accommodate the 125’ x 125’ work pads required for the installation of the new structures. The Interconnection Customer is responsible for obtaining the property/easements needed for the Line 301 Tap line, access roads to/from the Line 301 Tap, and work pads, in accordance with the standards set forth in the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Standards and Requirements Relating to Third Party Acquisition and Transfer of Real Property Interests to Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation for Electric Facilities and Survey Specifications (January 2019). The Interconnection Customer is responsible for all permitting. Upon termination of this Agreement, Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for all costs associated with the decommissioning and removal of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Responsibilities and Duties (a) As President and Chief Executive Officer, the Executive shall serve under the board of directors of the Corporation and will perform all duties and will have all powers associated with these positions, as set forth in any job description provided to the Executive by the Corporation or as may be set forth in the bylaws of the Corporation. In addition, the Executive shall be responsible for establishing the business objectives, policies and strategic plans of the Corporation. The Executive shall report directly to the board of directors of the Corporation.

  • SCOPE AND DUTIES Client hires Attorney for the purpose of domestic relations litigation. Attorney shall provide those legal services reasonably required to represent Client, and shall take reasonable steps to keep Client informed of progress and to respond to Client’s inquiries. Client shall be truthful with Attorney, cooperate in the preparation and trial of the case, appear on reasonable notice for depositions and Court appearances, keep Attorney informed of developments, abide by this Agreement, pay Attorney’s bills on time and keep Attorney advised of Client’s address, telephone number, and whereabouts. Client agrees not to compromise the claim without discussing the matter with Attorney, in advance, and Attorney is not authorized to compromise the claim without Client’s consent. OTHER TERMS: None.
