Work on a Paid Holiday. A) Regular Employee A If a regular employee required to work works on a stat paid holiday, he shall be paid at the rate of one and a one-half (1.51-1/2) times his standard hourly rate for the first eight (8) hours of work performed and double the standard hourly rate for all hours worked in addition to excess of eight (8) hours on the payment prescribed said paid holiday, plus regular shift differential and regular bonus earned. In addition, the employee will be paid the amount calculated in Article 36.02paragraphs 5.24, 5.25 or 5.26 provided all conditions outlined in this article of the Agreement are complied with.
