Leave of Absence Refused. Notwithstanding any provision contained elsewhere in this Agreement, the Employer may refuse a leave of absence if less than eight (8) days’ notice has been given to the Employer and in the circumstances the Employer reasonably believes that by reason of the grant of leave of absence a shift change shall be required resulting in overtime payments.
