Work Package Management. The management of the WP is one of the critical aspects of the JERICO success. Work Package Management. The Parties shall prepare a management plan for its activities. The execution of this plan and resourcing is the responsibility of the Consortium Board. Reporting and interactions with the SKA Organisation are identified in the Statement of Work. The Parties shall comply with the provisions of Schedule 2 (Operational Procedures). The Board member for an institution will be accountable at the Board for the management of the performance of individual people at their Institution.

Nothing in this Consortium Agreement shall operate to transfer ownership of any IPR from one Party to another Party. Foreground IPR resulting from the work in this Consortium is owned by the Party generating it. Each of the Consortium Members warrants that it has, before entering into this Agreement: used all reasonable endeavours to identify all Background IPR held by it, all Background IPR known to it which are held by other SKA Contributors, and all Third Party IPR known to it, in each case as at the date of it entering into this Agreement, which might, if not made the subject of an appropriate licence, make it unlawful for: another SKA Contributor to implement any submissions, proposals or recommendations made by that Consortium Member which relate to the potential design, construction, installation, operation and maintenance of the SKA; another SKA Contributor to implement any other aspect of the SKA Project; any user of the SKA to use the SKA and the outputs of such use; and notified to the Consortium Lead Institute, in writing, by a TBD date: all such IPR identified by it; in respect of any such Background IPR held by it, any terms (including payment terms and associated payment mechanisms) under which it would be willing to grant licences under the Background IPR for the purposes of the SKA Project; in respect of any such Background IPR held by another SKA Contributor and any such Third Party IPR, any terms (including payment terms and associated mechanisms) of which they are aware under which that other SKA Contributor or third party may be willing to grant a licence under such IPR for the purposes of the SKA Project; and any alterna...

  • PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM 5.1 The Employee agrees to participate in the performance management system that the Employer adopts or introduces for the Employer, management and municipal staff of the Employer.

  • Synchronization, Commissioning and Commercial Operation 4.1.1 The Power Producer shall give at least thirty (30) days written notice to the SLDC and GUVNL, of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.

  • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3.   • Construction Management Landlord or its Affiliate or agent shall supervise the Work, make disbursements required to be made to the contractor, and act as a liaison between the contractor and Tenant and coordinate the relationship between the Work, the Building and the Building’s Systems. In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to three percent (3%) of Tenant’s Costs specified in Section 7.
