Work Re que st. Ticket Management 5.6.1.Program-wide Tie r-2 Support SBBC Tier-1 support is responsible for initial user questions and issues. EDPlan licensing fees include PCG Tier-2 technical support services. PCG will make available a number of qualifie d personnel to SBBC during the Term of the Agreement to provide such support to SBBC. These personnel will be skilled in the system functionality of EDPlan to support Tier-1 personnel. SBBC is responsible for answering end-user questions regarding EDPlan modules and can request support from PCG as needed. Requests for EDPlan PCG Tier-2 support are managed via the Zendesk system in EDPlan. PCG Tier-2 personnel will support SBBC Tier-1 request upon receipt of a ticket. Tier-2 personnel are available via email and phone support between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, EST, excluding federal and state of Florida holidays. The requests for Tier-2 support include the following categories: Incide nt Manage ment – Work related to resolving unplanned system outages. Involves root cause analysis, evaluation of resolution alternatives, selection of a solution, prioritization/categoriza t ion of the work, monitoring/communications of ticket activities, documentation updates, training material updates, and stakeholder communications. Application Manage ment: Work related to how the solution is developed, managed, improve d and changed. Involves configuration changes, change orders, product development, testing processes, acceptance processes, and release processes. Syste m Maintenance: Work related to keeping the product in tune and running properly. Involves hosting, software updates, according to maintenance schedules. Items that have been approved for spending authority are notated with amounts and invoicing frequency. Items that do not have amounts have not been approved for spending authority. Modules and services not approved for spending authority are available to enhance SBBC’s capabilities in serving their students upon securing spending authority. Should SBBC secure additional spending authority, the change management process will be performed to estimate the service for SBBC to secure the additional spending authority and a revision to this Exhibit will be made to depict the modification in payment terms.   • Four Day Work Week Schedule i. When working under the four (4) day work week schedule, Employees shall be paid at double time (2x) the regular hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of the regular ten (10) hours per day Monday through Thursday.

  • Development Schedule The Project shall substantially comply with the specific timetables and triggers for action set forth in Article 5 of this Agreement. The parties acknowledge that, as provided in G.S. 160A-400.25(b), the failure to meet a commencement or completion date shall not, in and of itself, constitute a material breach of this Agreement pursuant to G.S. 160A-400.27 but must be judged based upon the totality of the circumstances.

  • Schematic Design Phase Services § 3.2.1 The Architect shall review the program and other information furnished by the Owner, and shall review laws, codes, and regulations applicable to the Architect’s services.

  • Authorized User’s Statement of Work A competitive Mini-Bid is required for every transaction under this Centralized Contract. An Authorized User must prepare a detailed Statement of Work using Appendix F, Attachment 1, Mini-Bid Template. The Authorized User must distribute the Mini-Bid to all qualified Vendors per Lot(s) (unless a Vendor has removed itself from consideration via the Appendix F, Attachment 5, Mini-Bid Participation Interest Template). Contact information, organized by Lot, will be available on the OGS website for this Contract. An Authorized User shall conduct its Mini-Bid in accordance with the requirements set forth in Appendix F, Attachment 2, How to Use this Contract. The following terms and conditions shall apply to each Mini-Bid issued by an Authorized User:  An Authorized User may require the execution of unique forms, such as Confidentiality Non- Disclosure agreements; and  An Authorized User is required to make tentative award and non-award notifications to each Contractor who submitted a response to the Mini-Bid.   • Project Specific Milestones In addition to the milestones stated in Section 212.5 of the Tariff, as applicable, during the term of this ISA, Interconnection Customer shall ensure that it meets each of the following development milestones:

  • Normal Work Schedule 130. Compensation fixed herein on a per diem basis are for a normal eight-hour work day; and on a bi-weekly basis for a bi-weekly period of service consisting of normal work schedules.

  • Drawings Submitted During the Contract Term Where required to develop maintain and deliver diagrams or other technical schematics regarding the scope of work, Contractor shall do so on an ongoing basis at no additional charge, and must, as a condition of payment, update drawings and plans during the Contract term to reflect additions, alterations, and deletions.   • Alternative Work Schedule An alternate forty (40) hour work schedule (other than five (5) uniform and consecutive eight (8) hour days in a seven (7) day period), or for hospital personnel an eighty (80) hour workweek in a fourteen (14) day period and other mutually agreed upon schedules that comply with applicable federal and state law. Employee work schedules normally include two (2) consecutive days off.

  • COMMENCEMENT OF WORK UNDER A SOW AGREEMENT Commencement of work as a result of the SOW-RFP process shall be initiated only upon issuance of a fully executed SOW Agreement and Purchase Order.

  • Flexible Work Schedule A flexible work schedule is any schedule that is not a regular, alternate, 9/80, or 4/10 work schedule and where the employee is not scheduled to work more than 40 hours in the "workweek" as defined in Subsections F. and H., below.
