Work Request. ‌ The Judicial Council, a court, or the Contractor may identify tasks required to maintain, repair, or improve a Facility and create a Work request in CAFM for the completion of those tasks. However, the Judicial Council shall be the only entity authorized to approve Work to be performed. Work performed that is not expressly approved by the Judicial Council shall not be reimbursed.

Work Request. As used herein, the term
Work Request. EXECUTION The Contractor shall keep the Authority advised as to the status of all Work being performed by the Contractor and the details thereof. The Contractor shall maintain coordination with representatives of the Authority. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to schedule Work in a manner that prevents delays, stoppages, and re- Work. The Contractor shall immediately notify the Authority in the event inclement weather limits or stops the Contractor from prosecuting the Work. All Work shall be performed in a continuous and expeditious manner. Work will be performed in accordance with the Work Request and all other Contract Documents. The Contractor shall conduct the Work in a manner and sequence to assure the least interference with traffic. The Contractor shall not begin new Work to the prejudice or detriment of Work already started. The Authority may require the Contractor, at no additional cost to the Authority, to finish a portion of the Work before starting any additional Work. In general, all Work shall be performed during daylight hours. For special operations, nighttime Work may be allowed if so authorized by the prior written approval of the Authority. Unless directed as Demand Maintenance, Work involving lane closures shall be performed only during the hours allowed by Section 104.6.3. Work shall not be done when weather conditions limit visibility; nor shall any Work shall be performed on a Holiday or on the day before a Holiday unless approved by the Authority. In the event the prosecution of the Work is, for any reason, discontinued, the Contractor shall notify the Authority at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of resuming operations.

  • STOP WORK NOTICE The City may issue an immediate Stop Work Notice in the event the Contractor is observed performing in a manner that is in violation of Federal, State, or local guidelines, or in a manner that is determined by the City to be unsafe to either life or property. Upon notification, the Contractor will cease all work until notified by the City that the violation or unsafe condition has been corrected. The Contractor shall be liable for all costs incurred by the City as a result of the issuance of such Stop Work Notice.

  • CHANGE REQUEST PROCEDURE (a) Any Change Request of Customer or SAP must be in writing and in the format as provided by SAP.

  • Bona Fide Request Any request by a Party for services, including features, capabilities, functionality, Network Elements or Combinations that are not otherwise provided by the terms of this Agreement at the time of such request, shall be made pursuant to the Bona Fide Request (“BFR”) process set forth on Schedule 2.2.

  • Owner-Requested Changes If the Owner requests changes in the Contract Documents that would materially affect the completion of the Work by lengthening the critical path of the Overall Project Schedule, the Design Professional shall determine the appropriate number of days and thereby extend the Material Completion and Occupancy Date. The Contractor expressly agrees that the Contractor’s sole monetary remedy for such extensions of Contract Time shall be calculated at the daily rate established for Time Dependent Overhead Costs in the Contract.

The Buyer shall have the right to terminate this Agreement with written notice to the Seller within calendar days of being notified of said title defect.
