Work Year Calendar. 20 6.6.1 12 6.5.1 Except as provided elsewhere in this Agreement, regular full-time unit members 13 shall be 21 required to teach one hundred eighty (180) days. The total number of 14 workdays including 22 three (3) non-instructional days and two (2) professional development days will be 185 183 days. The non- 15 instructional days are negotiated in connection with the annual school calendar.
16 6.5.2 Elementary 17 (a) Elementary unit members shall have minimum days (193 instructional 18 minutes) scheduled as follows:
19 (1) Five (5) minimum days for grades 1-6 for purposes of parent 20 conferencing, which would normally be at the end of the first 21 reporting period.
