Workforce Diversity Utilization. The Unions and the Owner recognize and acknowledge that workforce diversity of minorities and women are employment goals consistent with our values of fair play. The Local Unions agree and will strive to achieve that Seven (7%) Percent of all referrals will consist of minorities and women. The percentages goals are based upon hours worked, by craft. In the event a Local Union either fails, or is unable, to refer qualified minority or female applicants in desired affirmative action goals as set forth in the bid specifications, the Contractor may employ qualified minority or female applicants from any other available source.

Workforce Diversity Utilization. ‌ The Unions and the NYSDOT recognize and acknowledge that workforce diversity of minorities and women are employment goals consistent with our values of fair play. The Local Unions agree and will strive to achieve that Ten (10%) Percent of all referrals will consist of minorities and women. These percentage goals are based upon hours worked, by craft, without waiver or exception. In the event a Local Union either fails, or is unable, to refer qualified minority or female applicants in percentages equaling the diverse workforce goals, the Contractor shall make a good faith effort to employ qualified minority or female applicants from any other available source. For the purpose of tracking, the Prime Contractor shall produce and each Contractor and Subcontractor shall submit a weekly report to the Prime Contractor of total hours by craft worked and of minority/women hours worked by craft. Copies of the weekly reports will be provided to the Unions upon request.

  • STATEWIDE ACHIEVEMENT TESTING When CONTRACTOR is an NPS, per implementation of Senate Bill 484, CONTRACTOR shall administer all Statewide assessments within the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (“CAASP”), Desired Results Developmental Profile (“DRDP”), California Alternative Assessment (“CAA”), achievement and abilities tests (using LEA-authorized assessment instruments), the Fitness Gram with the exception of the English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (“ELPAC”) to be completed by the LEA, and as appropriate to the student, and mandated by XXX xxxxxxxx to LEA and state and federal guidelines. CONTRACTOR is subject to the alternative accountability system developed pursuant to Education Code section 52052, in the same manner as public schools. Each LEA student placed with CONTRACTOR by the LEA shall be tested by qualified staff of CONTRACTOR in accordance with that accountability program. XXX shall provide test administration training to CONTRACTOR’S qualified staff. CONTRACTOR shall attend LEA test training and comply with completion of all coding requirements as required by XXX.

  • EPP service availability Refers to the ability of the TLD EPP servers as a group, to respond to commands from the Registry accredited Registrars, who already have credentials to the servers. The response shall include appropriate data from the Registry System. An EPP command with “EPP command RTT” 5 times higher than the corresponding SLR will be considered as unanswered.
