Working Evenings and Weekends. Developer may be required to work increased hours, evenings, and/or weekends at no additional cost to the District. Developer shall give the District forty-eight (48) hours’ notice prior to performing any evening and/or weekend work. Developer shall perform all evening and/or weekend work in compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, laws, and local ordinances including, without limitation, all noise and light limitations. Developer shall reimburse the District for any increased or additional Inspector charges as a result of Developer’s increased hours, or evening and/or weekend work.

  • Weekends Holidays that fall on weekends will be observed on a day established by the School District.

  • Weekend Work (a) Overtime work on Saturday shall be paid for at the rate of time and a half (1.5) for the first two (2) hours and double time thereafter, provided that all overtime worked after 12 noon on Saturday shall be paid for at the rate of double time.
