Increased Hours. 12.3111 When the hours of a part-time position are increased the incumbent shall accept the additional hours. Should the incumbent choose, however, he/she may accept reassignment to the spareboard, in which case the position will be posted at the increased hours.
Increased Hours. Employees' assigned hours may be adjusted during the school year to respond to the needs of the school lunch program. Adjustments totaling thirty (30) minutes or less per day per employee shall be at the discretion of the Supervisor of School Nutrition. Any subsequent adjustments in excess of the 30-minute allowance shall be treated as a vacancy at that location and Section 14.1 shall apply.

Increased Hours a) Any position that has its hours increased by more than one (1) hour per day or five (5) hours per week in the same school year shall be posted as a vacancy in accordance with Sections 11.10.1 and 11.10.2. The incumbent would be considered to be in a lay-off position in accordance with Section 11.8.
Increased Hours. No less than forty (40) percent of the Company’s employees shall work a minimum of thirty (30) hours per week. Effective January 1, 2021 no less than fifty (50) percent of the Company’s employees shall work a minimum of thirty (30) hours per week. Decisions of the building owners or managers concerning energy issues are not subject to the grievance procedure. Energy issues include, but are not limited to, lighting, air conditioning, team cleaning, and energy-saving devices. A building owner has the right to enforce the hours the building will be cleaned and determine the start time and end time for each employee.

This shall only be allowed one time in the same school year. Where more than one position in a could be affected, and all other considerations are equal, seniority shall govern. The Board and the Union shall mutually agree to any change allowed under this Section prior to implementation.

Increased Hours. If more hours are provided in a school or department, the Employer shall decide either: post the hours as a new position; or offer, by seniority to available, capable, part-time employees already on the staff of the school or department to increase the employee's hours of work by these additional hours. If the concerned refuses to accept these additional hours, the Employer shall post hours as a new position.
Increased Hours. Increased hours will be offered to qualified employees on the basis of classification seniority within the individual residence specified in Article 28, with the following restrictions:
