Working Less Than 1600 Hours. An employee whose failure to work at least sixteen hundred (1600) hours during the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding January 1 was occasioned by: A work related injury/illness, provided they have worked at least 520 hours during the said twelve (12) months, or approved leaves of absence not exceeding a total of thirty (30) calendar days, will be entitled to their regular vacation hours with pay. This provision does not apply to employees with less than one (1) year of service with the Company.

  • Extra Hours (i) (a) Any additional hours beyond base hours shall be offered in a fair and impartial manner among "A" list part-time employees in the classification and in the geographical location in which the additional hours are required.
