Workplace Relations Training Leave. A staff member is entitled to a maximum of 10 days’ paid leave in any two consecutive years to attend a course or courses which contribute to a better understanding of workplace relations.

Workplace Relations Training Leave. A staff member An employee who is entitled involved in recognised workplace relations activities, such as accredited short courses, seminars or conferences, shall be granted up to a maximum of 10 days’ 37.5 hours paid leave per calendar year for workplace relations training or similar courses or seminars as approved. However, leave of absence in excess of 37.5 and up to 75 hours may be granted in any two consecutive years to attend a course or courses which contribute to a better understanding of workplace relations1 calendar year provided that the total leave being granted in that year and in the subsequent year does not exceed 75 hours.
