Common use of WorkSafeBC Benefits Clause in Contracts

WorkSafeBC Benefits. (a) A Regular employee eligible for sick leave who is absent due to an accident or illness while at work for the District and which is compensable by the WorkSafeBC shall receive the benefits of Article 22.02, but the employee shall turn over to the District all salary compensation received from the WorkSafeBC except any permanent partial or permanent full disability awards.
