XXXX Policy. (1) You agree that:
XXXX Policy. You agree that your registration of the domain name shall be subject to suspension, cancellation, or transfer pursuant to any XXXX-adopted policy, or pursuant to any registrar or registry procedure not inconsistent with an XXXX-adopted policy, (1) to correct mistakes by a registrar or the registry in registering the name or (2) for the resolution of disputes concerning the domain name.
XXXX Policy. 1. Employees shall be subject to XXXX checks consistent with the Amesbury Public Schools XXXX Policy. 2. In implementing its XXXX Policy, the Committee agrees that the Superintendent and his confidential administrative assistant shall be the individuals responsible for requesting, reviewing and handling XXXX information. The Superintendent may allow building principals to review such XXXX information in the Superintendent’s office, where the Superintendent determines that the principal’s review of such information is appropriate. 3. All XXXX information on members shall be maintained in a locked file cabinet(s) in the office of the Superintendent. Access to such files shall be limited to the individuals set forth at Paragraph 2. 4. Members shall be required to complete a XXXX Request Form prior to the filing of such request by the administration. Use of this form shall serve as the member’s notice that the XXXX check is being performed. Upon a members’ written request, he/she shall be provided with access to any report issued from the Criminal History Systems Board. 5. Any discipline action taken as a result of information set forth in a XXXX report shall be handled in a manner consistent with applicable law and collective bargaining agreement provisions.

Departure from Emory: Unspent Xxxxxx Dollars will be credited back to the student’s OPUS account for all meal plans. Adjustments for the meals portion of meal plans is based on the duration or total weeks enrolled on the meal plan, not the actual meal plan usage. The credit for the meals portion of all meal plans will be calculated by first subtracting the value of the Xxxxxx Dollars originally included in the meal plan from the original cost of the meal plan to determine the value of the meals portion of the meal plan. Next, the value of the meals portion of the meal plan will be credited back to the student’s account based on the Adjustment Schedule. No credit will be issued after the tenth week of each semester. No credit will be issued to students suspended or dismissed for disciplinary reasons. If a student’s academic status changes, the student is responsible for notifying Campus Dining in Xxx Xxxx at 000-000-0000 or email xxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx. This policy shall be subject to amendment by the University during the term of this agreement without notice.
