Common use of Xxxxx Differential Clause in Contracts

Xxxxx Differential. Designated employees trained and certified to operate a crane will receive 1% added to their base wage. Management has the right to determine the number of employees who will receive the 1%. Employees currently certified and trained will be paid the 1% at least until the time of the next certification.

Xxxxx Differential. Designated Effective July 5, 2015, designated employees trained and certified to operate a crane the applicable crane(s) will receive 12% added to their base wage. Management has the right to determine the number of employees who will receive the 12%. Employees designated by management who are currently certified and trained will be paid the 12% at least until the time of the next certification. Such designated employees shall be licensed to operate a crane as part of their work assignment. This will be considered as the operation of heavy/special equipment.
