Xxxxxxx Holiday. Any holiday declared by proclamation of the Mayor, shall not be deemed to advance the last scheduled working day before a holiday for purposes of computing any additional time off.

Statutory Holiday All time worked on such Statutory Holidays as are provided for in this Agreement shall be considered as overtime and shall be paid at two hundred percent (200%) of the employee's regular straight-time rate, or the employee may elect to be paid straight-time rates for the overtime hours and take an equal number of hours as time off. Such time off must be taken according to a schedule acceptable to the employee's Supervisor within thirty (30) days of the end of the pay period in which the overtime was worked.
Public Holiday 6.1 The Worker shall be entitled to public holidays in accordance with the labour laws in Malaysia.
Work on a Holiday If an employee works on an approved holiday, in addition to their holiday pay, they will be compensated at the rate of two (2) times their regular hourly rate for all hours worked on the holiday.
Saturday Sunday and designated paid holidays shall not be counted in determining the time within which any action is to be taken or completed under the grievance procedure.
Sunday Employees at the Maine State Prison shall be eligible for a weekend differential of fifty cents ($.50) per hour to the base for shifts beginning between 8:30 p.m. Friday and 8:29 p.m. Sunday.
Holiday 6.1 The Executive shall be entitled during the Employment to 30 working days holiday in each calendar year plus bank holidays. Holiday may only be taken at such time or times as the Chief Executive Officer shall approve. The Executive’s holiday entitlement shall be pro rated for the year in which the Employment begins and for the year in which the Employment ends.
