Xxxxxxx Policies. The Executive acknowledges and agrees that the Executive shall be bound by all applicable employment and other policies applicable to similarly situated employees as the Company may establish from time to time.

Xxxxxxx Policies. Executive shall be subject to additional Company policies as they may exist from time-to-time, including policies with regard to stock ownership by senior executives and policies regarding trading of securities.
Xxxxxxx Policies. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that the Option and the right to receive and retain any Shares purchased in connection therewith shall be subject to any applicable clawback or recoupment policies, share trading policies and other policies that may be approved or implemented by the Board or the Committee from time to time, whether or not approved before or after the Date of Grant. Accordingly, the Participant agrees that, subject to the requirements of applicable law, the Option, and the right to receive and retain any Shares, or the amount of any gain realized or payment received as a result of any sale or other disposition of the Shares, covered by this Agreement, shall be subject to rescission, cancellation or recoupment, in whole or part, if and to the extent so provided under any “clawback” or similar policy of the Company in effect on the Date of Grant or that may be established thereafter that is applicable to the Participant.
Xxxxxxx Policies. In addition to the obligations set forth in this Agreement, the Employee agrees to abide by all current and future business policies of the Company.
Xxxxxxx Policies. In consideration for the grant of the Restricted Stock Units, the Participant agrees to be subject to the policies of the Company regarding clawback, securities trading and hedging or pledging of securities, as in effect from time to time.
Xxxxxxx Policies. The Employee acknowledges to adhere to any and all policies and procedures that are adopted from time to time by the Company by action of its Board of Directors or senior executive officers with respect to corporate governance and business conduct matters or otherwise required in order to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including, for example, not by way of limitation, policies and procedure with respect to compliance with ixxxxxx xxxxxxx laws and regulations, employment and labor matters and other similar regulatory or legal provisions.
Xxxxxxx Policies. Cognizant shall comply with Xxxxxxx’x written rules, regulations, policies, and procedures applicable to Cognizant’s delivery of Services under this Agreement that are provided to Cognizant in advance and writing, including Xxxxxxx’x security procedures, information management, technical architecture, security and product standards, immigration/visa policies, procurement policies, code of conduct, travel and expense policy, privacy policies or other similar policies or procedure (“Policies and Procedures”).
Xxxxxxx Policies. Be on time for your lesson and bring your lesson book(s) and supplementary materials. • If it is necessary to cancel a lesson, you are expected to contact Xxxxxxx (000-000-0000) by at least the morning of the scheduled lesson. • If you are late for a lesson, your lesson time will be shortened by the number of minutes that you are late. This is to ensure that the next student receives his/her full lesson time. • If you miss two lessons in a single term, the instructor reserves the right to drop you from their roster and offer your spot to someone on the waiting list. You have an option to join the waiting list for possible re-enrollment next term. • Students and family members must abide by the Code of Conduct posted in the Xxxxxxx lobby. I understand that I must make an effort to demonstrate significant weekly progress in order to maintain my status as a participant. Xxxxxxx Policies. As a Company employee, you shall continue to abide by all Company policies and procedures and all applicable policies and procedures of Parent as they may be interpreted, adopted, revised or deleted from time to time in the Company’s and Xxxxxx’s sole discretion.
