Common use of Years of Service Days Clause in Contracts

Years of Service Days. Each member of the bargaining unit will earn one-half (1/2) day for each consecutive year of service within the bargaining unit at Xxxxx XXXX, up to a maximum of five (5) days for ten (10) or more years of service. Years of service days are granted each July 1 provided the employee has worked at least one hundred twenty (120) workdays in the preceding fiscal year. At the end of each fiscal year, members may, at their option, do one or more of the following with their current fiscal year YES days:

At Unused YES days remaining at the end of each fiscal year, members may, year will be paid at their option, do one or more 100% of the following with their current fiscal year YES days:per diem rate no later than the first pay of August in a given year.
