YOUR INFORMATION AND CONTENT. In the course of using the Service, you and other users may provide or post certain content or information which Edpuzzle may use in connection with the Service and which may be visible to certain other users (“User Submissions”). Please review our Privacy Policy for additional information on the types of information different kinds of users are able to provide. Additionally, when the Service is utilized by an educational institution managing student "Educational Records," some User Submissions may be deemed part of said education records (as defined in the "FERPA and Student Data" section below).You retain all ownership rights for any User Submissions. Edpuzzle does not claim any ownership rights over User Submissions. Nevertheless, if your educational institution, company or organization has purchased a Pro Upgrade and granted you access to Edpuzzle's Pro features, it is possible that your institution, company or organization owns all intellectual property rights inherent to your content, depending on the contents of your employment agreement or the organization's internal regulations. EDPUZZLE SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DECISIONS MADE BY YOUR EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION, COMPANY OR ORGANIZATION AS TO THE OWNERSHIP OF CONTENT ASSOCIATED TO YOUR ACCOUNT, AND ANY CLAIMS IN THAT REGARD SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO THE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION, COMPANY OR ORGANIZATION AND NOT XXXXXXXX.Xx order to allow Edpuzzle to provide the Service, you hereby grant us a limited, non- exclusive, sublicensable (as necessary to perform the Service), worldwide, royalty- free, and transferable (only to a successor) right and license to: • use, copy, store, distribute, publicly display, modify, and create derivative works (such as changes we make so that your content works better with our Service) from such User Submissions as necessary to provide, improve and make the Service available to you and other users, including through any future media in which the Service may be distributed; • use and disclose metrics and analytics regarding the User Submissions in an aggregate or other non-personally identifiable manner (including, for use in improving our service or for marketing and business development purposes); • use any User Submission (including any Education Record) that has been de- identified for any product development, research or other purpose; and • use for other purposes permitted by the Edpuzzle Privacy Policy.   • Your Information You must provide updated information to any person to whom you claimed to be an exempt payee if you are no longer an exempt payee and anticipate receiving reportable payments in the future from this person. For example, you may need to provide updated information if you are a C corporation that elects to be an S corporation, or if you no longer are tax exempt. In addition, you must furnish a new Form W-9 if the name or TIN changes for the account; for example, if the grantor of a grantor trust dies.

  • User Information Any user or usage data or information collected via Station’s digital properties or related to Station’s digital properties, or any information collected from websites operated by Station’s affiliates under this Agreement, shall be the property of Station and/or such affiliates. Advertiser shall have no rights in such information by virtue of this Agreement.

  • Use of Your Information The Beta Technology may include functionality that permits UPS to measure Your usage of its features and informs UPS of this usage electronically. UPS has the right to collect from Your computer, Your system configuration data and a log of Your activities while using the Beta Technology (the “Beta Technology Report”). UPS may use the Beta Technology Report to help conduct trouble-shooting analysis and improve the functionality of the Beta Technology. You consent and agree that UPS shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, exhibit, display, transform, create derivative works from, and distribute to others without limitation or obligation of any type to You all comments, information, data, and suggestions, including the Beta Technology Report and feedback data (but not including financial data, financial plans or product plans not commonly known or publicly available), that You provide to UPS related to the Beta Technology. Further, UPS shall be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques contained in such information without limitation or obligation of any type to You.

  • Identifying Information and Privacy NOTIFICATION (a) Identification Number(s). Every invoice or New York State Claim for Payment submitted to a New York State agency by a payee, for payment for the sale of goods or services or for transactions (e.g., leases, easements, licenses, etc.) related to real or personal property must include the payee's identification number. The number is any or all of the following: (i) the payee’s Federal employer identification number, (ii) the payee’s Federal social security number, and/or (iii) the payee’s Vendor Identification Number assigned by the Statewide Financial System. Failure to include such number or numbers may delay payment. Where the payee does not have such number or numbers, the payee, on its invoice or Claim for Payment, must give the reason or reasons why the payee does not have such number or numbers.

  • Exclusions from Confidential Information Receiving Party's obligations under this Agreement do not extend to information that is: (a) publicly known at the time of disclosure or subsequently becomes publicly known through no fault of the Receiving Party; (b) discovered or created by the Receiving Party before disclosure by Disclosing Party; (c) learned by the Receiving Party through legitimate means other than from the Disclosing Party or Disclosing Party's representatives; or (d) is disclosed by Receiving Party with Disclosing Party's prior written approval.

  • Buyer Information True and complete copies of all documents listed in the Buyer Disclosure Schedule have been made available or provided to Seller. The books of account, stock record books and other financial and corporate records of Buyer and the Buyer Subsidiaries, all of which have been made available to Seller, are complete and correct in all material respects.

If the MCP elects not to provide, reimburse, or cover a counseling service or referral service due to an objection to the service on moral or religious grounds, ODM will provide coverage and reimbursement for these services for the MCP’s members. d. As applicable, ODM will provide information to MCP members on what services the MCP will not cover and how and where the MCP’s members may obtain these services.
