Zones. Counties of Simcoe, Xxxxx, Xxxx, Elgin, Huron, Perth, Xxxxx, Grey, Oxford, and that portion of Wellington southwest of Burloak Line, and the Regional Municipalities of Waterloo, Haldimand-Norfolk and Niagara.
Zones. Airport Administration may establish authorized vendor delivery zones which may, upon reasonable notice to Concessionaire, be changed from time to time because of operational requirements. Use of any such delivery zones by Concessionaire or Concessionaire’s suppliers shall be limited to thirty (30) minutes at any one time; deliveries that will take longer than thirty 30) minutes must be approved by the Airport Director. All vehicles using the delivery zones must be prominently marked.
Zones. Clause 5 of Amendment 2 is hereby amended by deleting the Schedule of Zones in its entirety and substituting the revised Schedule of Zones attached to this Amendment as Attachment 2.
Zones. In addition to their wages, each employee working on jobs in the following zones will receive the allowance shown above to cover their expenses caused by the distance of the job from their usual area of work:
Zone 1: A Free Zone has been established for each of the Hamilton, the Brantford and the Niagara Peninsula areas as follows: Hamilton: Within 32 kilometres of Hamilton City Xxxx Brantford: Within 32 kilometres of Brantford City Hall Niagara Peninsula: Within 32 kilometres of the centre of Allanburg, Ontario 32 - 48 kilometres from centre of Free Zone 48 - 80 kilometres from centre of Free Zone
Zones. The mechanical engineering design shall incorporate perimeter and interior zones, based upon solar exposure, and individual zones for spaces with special heating or air conditioning demands, such as Computer Room; Main Server Room; IDF Rooms; and all conference Rooms and Vendateria.
Zones. This Agreement applies to the entire State of Michigan, which for the purpose of this Agreement, is divided into the following geographical groupings.
Zones. 1. Zone A reads as follows: A distance of 0 through 100 public maintained road miles from the old Phoenix courthouse, located at 1st Avenue and Washington in Phoenix. The city limits of Prescott shall be considered Zone A.
2. Zone B reads as follows: A distance of 101 and over public maintained road miles from the old Phoenix courthouse, located at 1st Avenue and Washington in Phoenix.
Zones. For the purpose of this By-law, the Central Antigonish County Plan Area is divided into the following zones, the boundaries of which are shown on the attached schedule. Such zones may be referred to by the appropriate symbols.
Zones a. Zone A are those employees who wear PPE at all times when working, and are present in a workspace with a performer who is not wearing a mask.
i. Testing regimen for shows longer than two days: no less than once every three days.
ii. For one or two day shoots where the last shoot day falls on the 3rd day from the pre-employment test, a second test is not required. (example: when a pre- employment test is conducted on a Monday, and shooting takes place on Wednesday and Thursday only, since Thursday is the third day following the pre-employment test, no second test is required. If, on the other hand, shooting takes place on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, a second test is required prior to the start of work on Thursday.)
b. Zone B employees are those who:
i. Work on set, but are not in the workspace when a performer is unmasked.
ii. Wear PPE at all times when working and only work with others who can do the same.
iii. Also, those who work during prep or any other area where the production has a footprint that is not an area where Zone C employees work.
1. Testing regimen: no less than 1x a week if tested within 3 days prior to employment using a lab-based PCR diagnostic test or 2 rapid tests taken at the same time. If a test result cannot be obtained within a 3 day period, the employee can be administered a rapid test and receive a negative result within the past 24 hours; or The employee is being periodically tested more frequently than the minimum requirements for their zone, and all tests taken and received within the past 7 days have been negative.
c. Zone C employees are those who:
i. wear PPE at all times when working, only work with others who can do the same, and are not required to be within 6’ of others for longer than 15 minutes while working (unless there are more stringent rules regarding time/distance for determining “close contact”).
ii. Do not come into contact with Zone A or B employees, unless all parties wear
iii. Zone C employees cannot enter Zones A or B unless they have a negative diagnostic test which corresponds with the Zone they will be entering.
1. Testing regimen: no less than 1x every 2 weeks with a lab-based PCR diagnostic test with results returned within 3 days. Employer is encouraged to stagger testing of crew. “Pool testing” may be used (as per FDA authorization; currently up to four people per pool.)
Zones.
