(1) The User cannot demand permanent and uninterrupted availability of the app. FREE NOW and its designated cooperation partners will make every effort to achieve the highest level of availability possible and eliminate outages as soon as possible. Neither will FREE NOW or a designated cooperation partner vouch that a taxi will be available when the User hails a taxi.
