CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT. 4.1 Payment is due within 14 days of receipt of the invoice unless the invoice specifies otherwise.
CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT. 3.1. Unless otherwise agreed, the agreed prices are exclusive dispatch/shipping, packing, customs and insurance and including VAT, if applicable. 3.2. ”Payment” shall mean the receipt of the full invoiced amount (including VAT, if applicable) by NOVARTIS. 3.3. If the CUSTOMER or any of its affiliates or other group companies is in (total or partial) delay with its payments, NOVARTIS has the right to cancel any deliveries to such CUSTOMER even if based on confirmed orders and refuse the further fulfilment of the contract or to withdraw from the contract while setting a grace period. 3.4. NOVARTIS is entitled to compensate or unilaterally set off any amounts due to CUSTOMER against amounts due to NOVARTIS or any of its affiliates or other group companies without any further agreement. 3.5. The CUSTOMER shall pay the invoiced price in full and without deduction within 30 days after the invoice date, even in case of counterclaims (e.g. for allegedly defective goods, etc.). The CUSTOMER hereby waives its right to retain the purchase price or parts thereof, compensate claims and any rights to rescind.
CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT. Booking must be accompanied by an advance payment of 30% of the total amount of the stay, plus the booking fee for stays of 5 nights or more. The balance must be paid to the campsite no later than 30 days before the start of the holiday for rental accommodation, and, on the day of arrival, at the latest, for camping pitches. No deduction will be granted for late arrival or early departure.
