All diese vertraulichen Informatio- nen bleiben das Eigentum von HQM. Auf Aufforderung von HQM wird der Lieferant übergebene Unterlagen un- verzüglich an HQM zurückgeben bzw. für andere als Archi- vierungszwecke elektronisch gespeicherte Daten löschen und keine Kopien davon behalten. 20.1 Supplier shall treat as confidential all confiden- tial information provided by or on behalf of HQM under this Agreement. This also applies to infor- mation that the Supplier has created for HQM. Any Confidential Information may be used by the Sup- plier solely for the purpose of performing this Agreement. Supplier shall treat such information with the same care as it treats its own confidential information, but at least with reasonable care. All such Confidential Information shall remain the property of HQM. Upon HQM's request, Supplier shall promptly return to HQM any documents pro- vided or delete any data stored electronically for purposes other than archiving and shall not retain copies thereof.

In this context and regarding these secrets and information GeneWerk and the contracting party undertake – provided this is not necessary to achieve the purpose of the contract – not to disclose them to third parties and not to use them otherwise.

ReachLab GmbH undertakes to keep confidential all non-public and confidentially marked information from the customer's domain that becomes known to it through the business relationship, and not to use it for its own purposes or those of third parties. 11.2.Insofar as ReachLab GmbH has access to accounts, systems or databases of the customer (e.g. shop backends, Google accounts), this is exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling contractual obligations. Upon termination of the contractual relationship, the customer is responsible for revoking ReachLab GmbH's permissions for the accounts, systems or databases. 11.3.ReachLab GmbH will observe the respective applicable, especially the data protection provisions valid in Germany, and will commit its employees involved in the contract and its execution to confidentiality.
