Cooperation of the Customer. 12.1 The customer is aware that ESCOMAG is dependent on the customer's cooperation in order to provide the contractual services. The customer undertakes to provide all documents and information required for the performance of the contractual services in a timely and complete manner when requested to do so. He shall provide sufficient access to his premises and systems in order to ensure the execution of the contract for the ordered services by the employees of ESCOMAG as well as any subcontractors or vicarious agents. Within the scope of his duties to cooperate, the customer shall provide suitable rooms free of charge and in good time, in which documents, work equipment or data carriers can also be stored securely. 12.2 All cooperation by the customer shall be free of charge, unless expressly agreed otherwise. 12.3 If the customer does not fulfil his obligations to cooperate or does not fulfil them in time, ESCOMAG may set the customer a reasonable deadline for the fulfilment of his obligations to cooperate. If the customer does not fulfil his obligation to co- operate within the set time limit, ESCOMAG is entitled to terminate the contract for an important reason. Further claims remain unaffected in case of termination.
Cooperation of the Customer. The customer shall support our assembly personnel at his own expense, if required, and shall procure for the necessary safety at the site of assembly. He shall inform our assembly personnel regarding all relevant conditions in the interests of a smooth and safe assembly. He shall have to inform the assembly supervisor accordingly. The customer shall have to inform us immediately, if our personnel fails to observe instructions of the customer and/or violates relevant safety instructions. The customer shall render technical assistance at his own expense, in particular the customer - shall provide the necessary assistants who have to follow the instructions of our assembly supervisor; haben; - zur Vornahme der erforderlichen baulichen bzw. bautechnischen Voraussetzungen für unsere Montageleistung; - zur Bereitstellung der Beleuchtung und Heizung, Energieversorgung und der sonstigen erforderlichen Anschlüsse (Wasser, Betriebskraft etc.); - zur Bereitstellung der nötigen Vorrichtungen und schweren Werkzeuge, z.B. Hebezeuge.
Cooperation of the Customer. As far as the Provider is subject to obligations according to the contract or the GTC, which require a certain cooperation of the Customer, the Customer hereby commits himself to cooperate with the Provider in good faith and to perform any action or omission in due time, which is necessary for the execution of the contract. In addition count in particular the supply of the offerer with all information, persons, articles and entrances and/or accesses necessary for the fulfilment of the contract. The Customer has to take all decisions falling within his decision and instruction area, which are necessary or beneficial for the fulfilment of the contract by the Provider within an appropriate period of time and to coordinate his auxiliary persons and other involved parties with regard to the fulfilment of the contract.
Cooperation of the Customer. 1. The customer shall support the staff in providing the services at his own expense.
