Further Issues. The Issuer shall be at liberty from time to time without the consent of the Noteholders, Receiptholders or Couponholders to create and issue further notes ranking pari passu in all respects and on the same Terms and Conditions (save for the amount and date of the first payment of interest thereon), and so that the same shall be consolidated and form a single series with, the outstanding Notes.
