Partial invalidity. The legal invalidity of a part or parts of this agreement shall have no effect on the validity of the remainder of the agreement.
Partial invalidity. If any provisions of these terms and conditions are or become invalid, either entirely or partially, then the validity of the remaining provisions will not be affected thereby.

Should individual conditions in these terms and conditions for delivery and payment be or become wholly or partly invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions will not be affected by this.
Partial invalidity. If any of the provisions of this Agreement shall be or become invalid, unenforceable or impractical in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions hereof shall not be affected. In that case the invalid, unenforceable or impractical provision shall be replaced by such valid, enforceable or practical provision or arrangement, which corresponds as closely as possible to the invalid, unenforceable or impractical provision and to the Parties’ economic aims pursued by and reflected in this Agreement. The same applies in the event that this Agreement does not contain a provision which it needs to contain in order to achieve the economic purpose as expressed herein (Regelungslücke).
Partial invalidity. The invalidity or incompleteness of any one of the aforesaid conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining conditions.
Partial invalidity. If, at any time, any provision hereof is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any respect under the law of any jurisdiction, neither the legality, validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions hereof nor the legality, validity or enforceability of such provision under the law of any other jurisdiction shall in any way be affected or impaired thereby and the relevant provision shall be replaced with a new provision reflecting the same commercial intent of the parties, which provision shall be legal, valid and enforceable under the law of the relevant jurisdiction.
Partial invalidity. If provisions of these Conditions of Sale or the contract are deemed unenforceable or are ineffective, this will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Conditions of Sale or this contract.
Partial invalidity. The legal invalidity of individual points shall not affect the validity of the remainder of the contract for both parties. Also should any of the mentioned provisions be invalid or not applicable for any other reason, the rest of the provisions shall remain valid. An invalid provision shall be replaced by a corresponding regulation of non-mandatory law.
Partial invalidity. If individual provisions of these standard terms of business should be or become null and void, invalid or contestable, this shall not affect the other provisions hereof, and the latter shall be construed and/or supplemented in such a way that the intended commercial effect is achieved as closely as possible in a lawfully permissible manner. The same shall apply to any gaps in the contract.
Partial invalidity. If any provision in our General Terms of Business shall be entirely or partly invalid, this shall not affect the validity of all the other provisions in our General Terms of Business. Any provision that is invalid or null and void shall be replaced by the appropriate statutory provision.
