The allocation of shares shall be made in the form of rights to shares which shall only be transferred after the expiry of a vesting period. The Board of Directors shall adopt bonus and long-term incentive plans which shall regulate the details. In particular, the Board of Directors shall determine the duration of the vesting periods, their premature termination (e.g. in the event of death, liquidation or public takeover bid), the time and conditions of allocation and transfer (e.g. non-terminated employment relationship with a Group company), the premature pro rata transfer (e.g. in the event of death or retirement) as well as the evaluation of the allocated shares and entitlements at the time of allocation in accordance with recognized principles. §25 Loans, credits and retirement benefits 1. The Company may grant loans and credits, guarantees or other securities to members of the Group Executive Board at arm's length conditions up to a total amount of 200% of the current fixed annual remuneration per person. 2. The Company may grant members of the Group Executive Board pension benefits outside the occupational pension scheme up to a total annual amount of 30% of the current fixed annual remuneration per person, whereby the maximum duration per person may not exceed five years. In particular, in the context of bridging benefits in the event of early retirement or pension benefits for persons who are not affiliated with any occupational pension scheme in Switzerland or abroad. Revisionsstelle. § 18. Zur Beurteilung der ordentlichen Geschäftsführung sowie der Jahresrechnung und der Bilanz wird jährlich eine Revision durchge- führt. § 19. Die SRH begründen mit dem Personal öffentlich-rechtliche Dienstverhältnisse.
Revisionsstelle. § 29. Die Revisionsstelle prüft das Rechnungswesen der Universität, erstattet dem Universitätsrat Bericht und stellt Xxxxxx auf Genehmigung oder Rückweisung des Jahresabschlusses.

Revisionsstelle. 77.1 Der Stiftungsrat beauftragt eine im Rahmen der Verordnung zum BVG tätige Revisionsstelle mit der jährlichen Prüfung der Geschäftsführung, des Rechnungswesens und der Vermögensanlage. Diese berichtet dem Stif- tungsrat schriftlich über das Ergebnis ihrer Prüfung.
Revisionsstelle. 1 Die Mitgliederversammlung wählt eine Revisionsstelle auf jeweils ein Jahr. Wiederwahl ist zu- lässig.
