Academic Requirements. I will establish requirements (including readings, reflective papers or journals, and/or other assignments) designed to develop the extern’s experience in their placement, including encouraging self-evaluation and reflection.
Academic Requirements. A student in grades 9-12 must take and pass at least four (4), one unit CORE courses or any five (5), one unit courses each grading period/semester. Students below the 9th grade must pass four (4) subjects each grading period/semester. A senior who has met or is meeting all requirements for graduation must pass four (4), one credit courses each marking period/semester. Note: a student must have earned at least four (4) core units or any five (5) units of credit to be declared eligible at the start of a school year. Also, credits or courses taken by the “Home School” method during the school year are not eligible for athletic eligibility determination. Any student who did not receive credit for at least 50% (one-half) of all courses taken the previous school year cannot be declared eligible for athletic participation until the successful completion of the first semester. A student who is academically ineligible to participate is also prohibited from practicing with the team until the time he/she is academically eligible to participate.
Academic Requirements. Any student residing in the Residence Halls must be a full-time student; engaged and attending classes. Reduction in course load to below 12 equivalent credits is subject to approval. “Late start” or “B” term courses may be used in determining full-time status. However, in no case will a resident be eligible to remain in the residence halls with less than six (6) credit hours currently in session without special permission from the Xxxx of Student Life. Students must pre-schedule the next semester classes prior to the close of the present semester, as required. Student agrees to participate in College academic success initiatives, as necessary. Age: All residence hall students must be a minimum 18 years of age no later than the end of their first semester of occupancy. Request for exceptions may be directed to the Residence Life Office. Academic Requirements means the matters entered in the Register in relation to a course that a student admitted to the course is required under these Rules to complete successfully in order to qualify for the grant of an award and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, includes:

  • Environmental and Safety Requirements means all federal, state, local and foreign statutes, regulations, ordinances and similar provisions having the force or effect of law, all judicial and administrative orders and determinations, all contractual obligations and all common law concerning public health and safety, worker health and safety and pollution or protection of the environment, including all such standards of conduct and bases of obligations relating to the presence, use, production, generation, handling, transport, treatment, storage, disposal, distribution, labeling, testing, processing, discharge, release, threatened release, control, or cleanup of any hazardous materials, substances or wastes, chemical substances or mixtures, pesticides, pollutants, contaminants, toxic chemicals, petroleum products or by-products, asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls (or PCBs), noise or radiation.

  • Listing Requirements means the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
