Actual Capacity definition

Actual Capacity has the meaning given to it in Clause 5.4(a) (Commissioning at or Above Minimum Capacity).
Actual Capacity means the calculated net annual production capacity measured in time of the existing Facility when staffed to produce three (3) fifteen liter (15L) lots per two (2) months and three to five (3-5) devices/shift.
Actual Capacity means the total 100% full cargo tank capacity of a Member’s Gas Tanker(s) as reflected on her cargo tank calibration tables and/or the total 100% full storage tank capacity of a Member’s Gas Terminal(s) as reflected on its storage tank calibration tables.

Actual Capacity means the minimum instantaneous power injected into the grid for the interval commencing t=0 for 5 minutes.
