Capital Costs means an add-on to the blended base amount, which shall compensate for Medicaid’s portion of capital costs. Capital costs for buildings, fixtures and movable equipment are defined in the hospital’s base year cost report, are case-mix adjusted, are adjusted to reflect 80 percent of allowable costs, and are adjusted to be no greater than one standard deviation off the mean Medicaid blended capital rate.
Additional Capital Contribution has the meaning set forth in Section 3.02.
Additional Capital Contributions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.3.
Capital Cost means costs incurred or proposed to be incurred by the municipality or a local board thereof directly or by others on behalf of, and as authorized by, the municipality or local board,
Incremental Costs means all reasonable additional costs properly and reasonably incurred by Network Rail in respect of any modification referred to in paragraph 2.8, being the additional reasonable costs (if any) to Network Rail in respect of its obligation to maintain and operate the Network, but excluding:
Initial Capital Contribution has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.
Initial Capital Contributions has the meaning set forth in Section 3.01.
Additional Costs has the meaning given that term in Section 4.1.
Capital Commitment means, for any Borrower, the capital commitment of its Investors in the amount set forth in the applicable Subscription Agreements; “Capital Commitments” means all such Capital Commitments, collectively.
Fixed capital cost means the capital needed to provide all the depreciable components.
Investment Capital Expenditures means capital expenditures other than Maintenance Capital Expenditures and Expansion Capital Expenditures.
Additional Cost has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.01.
Expansion Capital Expenditures means cash expenditures for Acquisitions or Capital Improvements. Expansion Capital Expenditures shall include interest (including periodic net payments under related interest rate swap agreements) and related fees paid during the Construction Period on Construction Debt. Where cash expenditures are made in part for Expansion Capital Expenditures and in part for other purposes, the General Partner shall determine the allocation between the amounts paid for each.
Net Capital Expenditures means for any period the amount by which Capital Expenditures during such period exceeds reimbursements for such items during such period from any fund established pursuant to the Loan Documents.
Capital Call means a call upon all or any of the Investors for payment of all or any portion of their Unfunded Commitments.
Incremental cost means all costs that could be avoided in the medium term if a Segment was removed from the Network;
Book Capital Account means, for any Holder at any time, the Book Capital Account of the Holder for such day, determined in accordance with Section 8.1 hereof.
Total Costs means the sum of all direct and indirect costs associated with the purchase of the goods incurred by CPUT, including but not limited to the invoice price, goods life, service costs, distribution costs, transaction costs, inventory costs, purchasing administration costs and other costs incurred with the use of the goods provided by the Bidder.
Net Working Capital Amount means, with respect to a Participating McNeil Partnership, the excess of the Positive Excess Cash Balance of such Participating McNeil Partnership over the cash on hand of such Participating McNeil Partnership immediately prior to the Effective Time.
Additional Funds has the meaning set forth in Section 4.03 hereof.
Additional Fees means those prices for the Additional Goods/Services and additional costs and levies required from time to time and notified to you in advance, to provide adequately for the education and related activities and services provided to your Child, including the costs of extra-curricular activities or special educational needs;
Additional Financing means the sale by the Company of additional Units as contemplated by the registration statement on Form SB-2 filed by the Company with the SEC on September 13, 2006, as amended from time to time thereafter.
Contribution Indebtedness means Indebtedness, Disqualified Stock or Preferred Stock of an Issuer or any Subsidiary Guarantor in an aggregate principal amount not greater than the aggregate amount of cash contributions (other than Excluded Contributions) made to the capital of such Issuer or such Guarantor after the Issue Date, provided that:
initial capital or ‘Capital’: means the money that you initially subscribed to invest into the Plan.
Unreturned Capital Contributions means, as to each Member, the aggregate Capital Contributions made to the Company by such Member minus the aggregate distributions of such Capital Contributions made to such Member from the Company pursuant to Sections 3.2(b) and 6.2(a)(ii) hereof.
Additional Refinancing Amount means, in connection with the Incurrence of any Refinancing Indebtedness, the aggregate principal amount of additional Indebtedness, Disqualified Stock or Preferred Stock Incurred to pay accrued and unpaid interest, premiums (including tender premiums), expenses, defeasance costs and fees in respect thereof.
