AIP plan Implementation Report means a report provided to the Commonwealth in accordance with clause ST26.2.
AIP plan Implementation Report means a report provided to the Commonwealth in accordance with clause ST26.2 which has been accepted and approved by the AIP Authority (or their delegate). Australian Industry Participation (AIP) policy or AIP policy means the Australian Government policy designed to ensure full, fair and reasonable opportunity for Australian industry, including small and medium enterprises, to compete for work. Australian Privacy Principle has the same meaning as in the Privacy Act 1988.

ST26.2 The Grantee must prepare and submit an AIP plan Implementation Report directly to the AIP Authority, which: demonstrates how the Grantee has satisfied the requirements of the AIP plan; and must be submitted to the AIP Authority (or their delegate) 14 months from acceptance of an AIP plan and then every 12 months after this for the Duration of the Grant.
