Air Quality Contribution means the sum of £5,800 (Five Thousand Eight Hundred Pounds) (index -linked) to be applied by the Council to fund the initiative within the Air Quality Action Plan to reduce the impact of pollution and raise awareness of air quality matters in the community through (but not limited to) an anti-idling in Cherry Orchard Road and surrounding area to stop their engines when their vehicle is stationary if there is reasonable cause to believe such driver is committing a stationary idling offence in accordance with the Road Traffic (Vehicle Emissions) (Fixed Penalty) (England) Regulations 2002 (or any replacement thereof) in order to help improve local air quality by reducing unnecessary exhaust emissions, and thereby protecting the environment in a way which will benefit the Development
Air Quality Contribution means the sum of £10,830 (ten thousand eight hundred and thirty pounds) Index-Linked to be paid by the Owner to the Council in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and to be applied by the Council (in the event of receipt) toward the cost of air quality monitoring in the area of the Development and/or toward the cost of delivering the Council’s Air Quality Action Plan “Approved Energy Statement” means the energy statement approved as part of the Application; “Carbon Offset Contribution” means the sum of £33,372 (thirty-three thousand three hundred and seventy two pounds) Index- Linked to be paid by the Owner to the Council in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and to be applied by the Council (in the event of receipt) towards the Council’s Carbon Offsetting Fund “Carbon Offsetting Fund” monies collected by the Council and used towards carbon reduction projects across the Borough to achieve the Council’s overall carbon reduction targets. Such projects could include but are not limited to: a) building energy efficiency retrofit measures; b) building integrated renewable energy installations; and c) awareness raising or behaviour modification programmes d) carbon sequestration projects and for the avoidance of doubt such monies can be used for maintenance and to assist in the administration of the Carbon Offsetting Fund or as grant funding or as a repayable loan provided that the aim of such grant/loan is to seek to reduce carbon emissions across the Borough. “Construction Logistic Plan Monitoring Contribution” means the sum of £7,500 (seven thousand five hundred pounds) to be paid by the Owner to the Council in accordance with the terms of this Agreement as a contribution towards the Council’s costs of monitoring the implementation of the construction logistics plan approved in respect of the Development “Contributions” means the Air Quality Contribution, the Carbon Offset Contribution, the CPZ Contribution, the Epping Forest SAC Contribution, the Highways Safety and Connectivity Improvements Contribution the Monitoring Fee and the Construction Logistics Plan Monitoring Contribution Index-Linked to be paid by the Owner to the Council in accordance with the terms of this Agreement
