SBIR data definition

SBIR data means data first produced by an Awardee that is a small business concern in performance of a small business innovation research award issued under the authority of 15 U.S.C. § 638, which data are not generally known, and which data without obligation as to its confidentiality have not been made available to others by the Awardee or are not already available to the Government.
SBIR data means all data developed or generated in the performance of a SBIR contract.

  • GLO Data means any data or information, which includes PII and/or SPI as defined below, collected, maintained, and created by the GLO, for the purpose of providing disaster assistance to individuals, that Provider obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.
