Antenna equipment means equipment, switches, wiring, cabling, power sources, shelters or cabinets associated with an antenna, located at the same fixed location as the antenna, and, when collocated on a structure, is mounted or installed at the same time as such antenna.

Antenna equipment includes any related equipment, cabling, wiring or other device or thing used in or about the Building in connection with the aforedescribed antenna and related equipment. All Antenna Equipment and the manner of the installation thereof shall be subject to Landlord's prior written approval, not to be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned. All work, installation, maintenance and operation permitted by Landlord pursuant to this Amendment must conform to all laws, regulations and requirements of federal, state and county governments, and any other public or quasi-public authority having jurisdiction over the Roof Demised Premises. Tenant shall obtain all necessary licenses from the Federal Communications Commission ("FCC") and all installation, maintenance and operation shall be conducted in conformance with FCC rules and/or operating authority.
