Antenna equipment includes any related equipment, cabling, wiring or other device or thing used in or about the Building in connection with the aforedescribed antenna and related equipment. All Antenna Equipment and the manner of the installation thereof shall be subject to Landlord's prior written approval, not to be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned.
