Locations of Work. 17.1 New Plymouth employed receptionists will be expected to work at any of Xxxxxxx’x Taranaki locations where reception services are required. You may be rostered to work at FRSL’s Base Hospital, Xxxxxxx Street and Phoenix premises, as per the Reception roster. In the event that Reception services were to be provided at any additional locations in Taranaki, these would be included in the Reception roster.
Locations of Work. Parking control covers the whole Public Highway network within the Royal Borough. There is a single zone and there are no sub-controlled parking zones. Resident Parking Permits are valid in any Resident Parking Space within the borough boundaries. This Contract is for the enforcement of on-street parking and designated off-street facilities such as the Holland Park Car Park and Kensington and Chelsea Tenant Management Organisation (KCTMO) car parks. Tenderers should note that KCTMO housing estate permit holders can only park their vehicle on the estate in which they live with the exception of a low number of dedicated bays that are located on-street. There could be at any one time a number of sensitive areas where the Service Provider may be instructed by the Council’s Representative to relax or intensify the normal requirements for compliance with certain regulations. The Service Provider, working in conjunction with the Council, will implement any such instructions. The Council will provide a list of these areas to the Service Provider and will also make this data available on the PCN system for transferring to the HHCs to provide information to CEOs on street. The Service Provider shall not enforce against any vehicle parked on private land where the Council has no powers to enforce. However, there are areas which could appear to be private land (some shop forecourts for example) where the Council is permitted to enforce as the public has a right of way over the land. The Service Provider should ensure that he and his staff are familiar with the areas in the Borough that could be deemed as private land but under legislation is deemed as public highway, in which case enforcement can take place. The Council's Representative will issue further instructions regarding such locations. Details of the environs, locations, current observation periods and relevant traffic orders may be found here and in Schedule 7 Method Statement 2.1 (Deployment Plan) Tenderers are asked to demonstrate/provide their deployment plan proposal for the initial phase of the contract, and clarify how deployment will be proactively monitored to ensure the best possible service is being delivered, the review process with Council Officers, and how it will be updated throughout the life of the contract.

  • SUBCONTRACTING OF WORK If a Contractor chooses to subcontract the scheduled work, the prime Contractor is solely responsible to ensure that the subcontractor has the necessary insurance, licenses, ability to provide the contracted services and shall adhere to all requirements stated herein.

  • OF WORK The normal hours of work will be eight per day, and forty (40) hours will constitute a normal work week. The normal work week will be comprised of five (5) con- secutive days Friday. The normal hours in a work day on a one (1) shift oper- ation is defined as follows: AM to The normal hours in a work day on a two (2) shift oper- ation are defined as follows: DAY SHIFT AFTERNOON SHIFT: AM to to The normal work week on a three (3) shift operation will be Monday through Friday inclusive. On a three (3) shift operation the hours will be as follows: DAY SHIFT: AFTERNOON SHIFT: NIGHT SHIFT AM to to to AM The normalwork week will start at Sunday for a three (3) shift operation. In the event it becomes necessary for the Company to change the starting and stopping times of the normal shifts, or establish new shifts, the Company will meet with the Shop Committee to mutually agree on such change, or new shift. It is agreed and understoodby the its members that all employees will be required to rotate shifts, if requested by the Company, every seven (7) calendar days. The normal rotation will be nights to afternoons to days An employee requested by the Company to change their shift during regular normal work week, will be paid time and one-half for the first shift of the new sched- uled shift. The Company will change the junior qualified employee in the classification/ shift involved. Shift changes made for the following week's schedule will not be eligible to receive time and a half but the Company will change the junior qualified employee in the involved. Any deviations must be agreed by both parties. This statement of the normal hours of work shall not be construed as a guarantee of any minimum, or as a restriction of any maximum number of hours of work per day, or per week, or of days of work per week. The lunch period is twenty (20) minute paid lunch. ARTICLE OVERTIME Hours worked in excess of eight (8) hours in a normal work day will be paid for at the rate of time and one-half the base hourly rate.
