Asset Data definition

Asset Data means all data, reports and other information held by Xxxx-XxXxx relating directly to the Assets and forming part of the property jointly owned by Xxxx-XxXxx and the other parties to an Operating Agreement in accordance with its terms, but excluding all internal communications within Xxxx-XxXxx and between Xxxx-XxXxx and its Affiliates and internal memoranda, reports, interpretations and documents created for Xxxx-XxXxx’x (or its Affiliates’) own use and excluding Traded Data and the Asset Documents;
Asset Data means all data held by the Seller (excluding Traded Data) directly relating to Block [ ] whether in hard copy or in original form (where available) including but not limited to geoscientific and engineering data and logs;
Asset Data means all information, data and projections respecting the Assets as further defined in section 12.1 and all such other data as may be generated in respect of determining the potential for the existence of oil and gas on the Lands under the Participation Agreement;

  • Seller shall request a Transaction by delivering to Buyer, electronically or in writing, an Asset Data Record for each Mortgage Loan intended to be the subject of the Transaction no later than the Transaction Request Deadline; provided, however, that if Seller intends to request a Transaction or series of Transactions equal to or greater than ten million ($10,000,000) dollars, Seller shall provide Buyer not fewer than one (1) Business Day prior written notice thereof.

More Definitions of Asset Data

Asset Data means all information, data and projections respecting the Leases, as further defined in section 14.1;
Asset Data means all data and information (whether written, electronic or otherwise) relating to Retailer Meters, including:
Asset Data means any data relating to Assets that are transmitted, or otherwise received by a Device installed onto Assets or otherwise collected by Nexxiot through its Devices in accordance with the Order Form(s). Assets: Client’s assets (e.g., cargo wagons), which have been equipped with Nexxiot’s Devices.
Asset Data means the operational data of the LTO Units, such as the (sub)metering data of the power output and input.
Asset Data has the meaning given in clause 3.1(a). Associates has the meaning given to that term under Section 12 of the Corporations Act.

Related to Asset Data

  • Market Data means pricing or other data related to Securities and other assets. Market Data includes but is not limited to security identifiers, valuations, bond ratings, classification data and other data received from investment managers and others.

  • Portfolio Data means the Key Terms in relation to all outstanding Trades between you and us in a form and standard that is capable of being reconciled. The information comprising the Portfolio Data for Portfolio Data Delivery Date will be prepared as at the close of business New York time on the immediately preceding Business Day.

  • Subject Data As used in this section, “subject data” means recorded information, whether or not copyrighted, that is delivered or specified to be delivered as required by the Underlying Agreement. Examples of subject data include, but are not limited to computer software, standards, specifications, engineering drawings and associated lists, process sheets, manuals, technical reports, catalog item identifications, and related information, but do not include financial reports, cost analyses, or other similar information used for performance or administration of the Underlying Agreement.

  • Receivables Records means (i) all original copies of all documents, instruments or other writings or electronic records or other Records evidencing the Receivables, (ii) all books, correspondence, credit or other files, Records, ledger sheets or cards, invoices, and other papers relating to Receivables, including, without limitation, all tapes, cards, computer tapes, computer discs, computer runs, record keeping systems and other papers and documents relating to the Receivables, whether in the possession or under the control of Grantor or any computer bureau or agent from time to time acting for Grantor or otherwise, (iii) all evidences of the filing of financing statements and the registration of other instruments in connection therewith, and amendments, supplements or other modifications thereto, notices to other creditors or secured parties, and certificates, acknowledgments, or other writings, including, without limitation, lien search reports, from filing or other registration officers, (iv) all credit information, reports and memoranda relating thereto and (v) all other written or nonwritten forms of information related in any way to the foregoing or any Receivable.

  • Input Material means all documents, information, representations, statements and materials provided by Customer or a third party on behalf of Customer, relating to the Services, including computer programs, data, logos, reports and specifications and inventories.

  • Environmental Information means any information in written, visual, aural, electronic or any other material form on:

  • Environmental Information Regulations means the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 and any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner or relevant government department in relation to such regulations.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.
